According to the invention, the channel system (20) is arranged on the outside of the lamp chamber (22) such that it remains void of the coolant flow (24) for operating the lamp in an optimum manner.

    摘要: The invention relates to an irradiating device, especially for irradiating with ultraviolet light substrates which are provided with a coating that can be cured using ultraviolet light. The inventive device comprises a longitudinally extending radiation source (12) which is provided for emitting ultraviolet and/or visible electromagnetic radiation, which is arranged in a housing (10) between a reflector (18) and a housing opening (14) that can be aligned with an object (16) to be irradiated, and which is preferably configured as a tubular mercury discharge lamp. The inventive device also comprises a cooling system (20) for dissipating the waste heat generated by the radiation source (12). The aim of the invention is to create a compact modular construction and, optionally, an oxygen-reduced illumination zone. To this end, the invention provides that the cooling system (20) has a cooling circuit (26) arranged inside the housing (10) and which effects a circulatory cooling of the radiation source (12) by means of a force-conveyed, optionally oxygen-reduced cooling gas steam (28).

    摘要: The invention relates to a multilayered, opaque, biaxially oriented polyolefin film having a thickness of at least 30 μm consisting of a vacuole-containing base layer and intermediate layers applied to both sides thereof, and cover layers applied to either side of the intermediate layers. Both intermediate layers have a thickness of at least 3 μm and contain at least 70% by weight of a propylene homopolymer. Both cover layers are constructed from incompatible polymers. The inner cover layer has a surface roughness Rz of at least 3.0 μm and the outer cover layer has a roughness from 1 to 3 μm, the roughness of the inner cover layer being at least 1.5 units greater than the roughness of the outer cover layer.
