    摘要: In one general aspect, a system for aseptically filling a tray of pharmaceutical containers with a pharmaceutical product is disclosed, which consists of an aseptic chamber, one or more articulated arms within the chamber, a sensor aseptically disposed with respect to the chamber, and a controller. The controller determines the locations of openings of the containers based on the image information from the sensor, and automatically guides one of the arms to fill the containers with the product. In order to obtain suitable contrast for accurately identifying the openings, an illuminator illuminates the tray with substantially collimated light. The sensor images the tray and containers using collimated light reflected from a reflective surface such as a retroreflector under the tray. To this end, the sensor may be disposed at a large enough distance from the retroreflector to collect largely the retroreflected light, or the sensor may employ a telecentric lens or a Fresnel lens. Further articulated arms move the tray and stopper the containers.

An embodiment comprises forming a MOS device and thermally oxidizing the MOS device to form a gate dielectric substantially thicker at a gate dielectric edge than that at a gate dielectric center. Embodiments further comprise performing a source/drain ion implant to form an asymmetric source/drain, wherein the source region includes a high leakage source junction, and wherein the drain region includes a low leakage drain junction. Other embodiments of the invention comprise a MOS device formed in a semiconductor substrate, wherein the device has improved resistance to floating body effects. Still other embodiments include a CMOS device for low power integrated circuits.

    摘要: An acoustic guitar is fitted with a fingering display embedded in its fretboard. A fingering-display processor with tempo control allows a user to select a tune to practice and the speed of tempo to use. The user is progressively shown where to finger each successive note and chord in a tune. A fingering extraction processor downloads fingering patterns that have been discerned from input tunes that are whistled, hummed, played on another instrument, or performed by an orchestra. A microphone is used to capture ambient sounds, and an electronic audio input is used to collect recorded or broadcast performances. The fingering extraction processor is implemented with a digital signal processor that samples analog audio inputs. Such inputs are filtered for noise and interstitial breaks indicating start-end of play. Orchestral performances are filtered by voice to create a guitar fingering arrangements. The fingering extraction processor can be collocated with the fingering display processor. And the fingering display processor can be attached to or integrated within a guitar.
