摘要： A method of synthesizing copolymers is provided. The method can include coupling a degradable polymer to a poly(amino acid) and then deprotecting the copolymer if the poly(amino acid) contains protected side chains. Copolymer compositions are provided. These compositions include PLGA-PLL copolymers, PLGA-PLL-cbz copolymers, and copolymers of a polyester with a carboxylic acid end group coupled to a poly(amino acid) with an amine group. The compositions may include therapeutic blends and formulations of copolymers.

摘要： A starter of the grid-connected inverter and a control method thereof are disclosed. The starter comprises a controller, and a first switch and a first resistor connected in parallel. The controller includes an input end, and first and second output ends. The input end inspects the DC voltage signal from the inverter. When the DC voltage exceeds a predetermined voltage threshold, the first output end sends a first control signal to turn on the first switch, and the second output end sends a second control signal to make the grid-connected inverter enter into a chopping mode. There is a delay period between the send time of the first control signal and that of the second control signal.

摘要： The invention provides a method for identification of traffic lane boundary. Firstly the microwave signal is received, and the noise reduction is treated for the microwave signal. Then the frequency domain information is employed to calculate the legal set of closed interval, in order to form the frequency span information. Finally, the probability density function model is employed to calculate the frequency span information in order to identify the traffic lane boundary.

摘要： Briefly, in accordance with one or more embodiments, a display is powered on to display a projected image, and the operation of one or more display elements are ramped up until a stabilized state is reached. During said ramping up, a light source of the display is powered display at less than full power until the stabilized state is reached. While the light source is operating at less than full power, a splash screen may be displayed. After the stabilized state is reached, the light source can then be operated at or near full power. By providing a light output that is less than full power during ramp up, the display does not need to wait until the stabilized state is reached before the light source is powered on. As a result, the projector provides an output earlier in time to cue to the user that the projector is operating.
