    Abstract: A computer-readable medium encoded with computer instructions for providing relevant content on a web page for a user is provided. According to embodiments of the invention, the instructions are for determining a relevance metric for at least two articles. Each article of the at least two articles is selected from content of the user. Each article is associated with a time. The instructions further include instructions for selecting a set of relevant articles based on the relevance metric and ordering the set of relevant articles according to the associated time of each article of the set. The instructions also include instructions for providing the ordered set of relevant articles to the user.

    Abstract: A method for performing alternate and therefore least cost routing in distributed H.323 Voice over IP (VoIP) networks is provided. With this method, the VoIP network consists of a hierarchy of gatekeeper (GK) functions to provide alternate routing, network element redundancy, and scalability. The alternate routing function is performed by a directory gatekeeper with route selection advancing from a first route to a second route by either of two conditions: (1) there are no resources available to terminate the call in the first zone; and (2) a lack of response to the directory GK request for such resources.

    Abstract: An apparatus for transferring articles such as absorbent cores or disposable diaper chassis components from a rotary mechanism, such as a pad turner, to a linear mechanism, such as a conveyor, for further processing. The invention provides a device for picking an article from the outside of a toroidal surface, thence extending transversely under tension the article to be transferred so that at the point of deposition the article is held flat and at full length. Further, the invention allows for apparatus to match the velocity of both the first and second transfer points, even if these velocities are not the same. The device is of particular benefit where an article to be transferred is subject to internally biasing elastic forces.
