The present invention also relates to a method for producing porous carbon-based molded bodies by carbonizing organic polymer materials, the carbon-based molded bodies being partially oxidized following carbonization so as to produce pores. In addition, the present invention relates to porous molded bodies produced according to one of said methods and the use thereof, especially as cell culture carriers and/or culture systems.

The atomizing arrangement can include a resonance body which may have a trumpet-like shape and which can be excited to produce high-frequency vibrations that may provide a spray mist jet of the coating fluid. The spray device can further include a field arrangement capable of generating an electric and/or magnetic field in the region containing the substrate which may influence the deposition of the spray mist jet on the substrate. The spray device may also include a suction arrangement that can affect the shape of the spray jet mist and/or withdraw a portion of the spray jet mist.

The invention relates to a method for reducing the carbon dioxide concentration in air of a closed or partially closed unit of space. The inventive method may comprise the steps of removing an air flow from the unit of space, guiding the air flow in a membrane system that may contain at least one membrane module having a CO2/O2 selectivity of greater than 2, removing the carbon dioxide permeated through the membrane, and returning the air flow that has been depleted of carbon dioxide in the membrane system to the unit of space. The inventive method may be optionally combined with an oxygen enrichment method. The invention also relates to corresponding devices for carrying out the inventive method.
