    摘要: A vapor chamber includes a chamber, a working fluid, a lower wick structure, and a plurality of supporting elements. The chamber includes an upper cover and a bottom plate and contains the working fluid. The lower wick structure is located at the bottom plate. The supporting elements are disposed in the chamber and connect the upper cover and the bottom plate to support the upper cover. Each of the supporting elements and the upper cover form a first inclined angle. The working fluid in the vapor phase flows from the upper cover back to the bottom plate through the supporting elements after condensed.

    摘要: A heat dissipation device and a heat dissipation method are provided. The device is disposed in a case having a first opening and a fan for generating a first cooling air flow. The device includes a heat dissipation element and an air-guiding plate. The heat dissipation element has a first region and a second region, and the first cooling air flow flows from the first region towards the second region. The air-guiding plate is disposed in the first region of the heat dissipation element and used for reducing a cross-sectional area of the first cooling air flow flowing in the first region along a flow direction of the first cooling air flow, so as to draw air outside the case into the second region via the first opening to generate a second cooling air flow, thereby lowering a temperature of the case located below the heat dissipation element.

    摘要: A heat dissipation device and a heat dissipation method are provided. The device is disposed in a case having a first opening and a fan for generating a first cooling air flow. The device includes a heat dissipation element and an air-guiding plate. The heat dissipation element has a first region and a second region, and the first cooling air flow flows from the first region towards the second region.     摘要: The present invention discloses a multi-phase switching regulator, a driver circuit of a multi-phase switching regulator, and a control method of a multi-phase switching regulator. The multi-phase switching regulator includes: at least two power stages, switching power transistors in the power stages to convert an input voltage to an output voltage according to pulse width modulation (PWM) signals generated by corresponding PWM controllers respectively; and a current balance circuit, generating a current balance signal according to the current of the corresponding power stage and a phase adjustment signal to averagely distribute current over the active power stages. In the present invention, the gain of the current balance circuit is adjustable, to avoid or reduce output voltage overshoot and undershoot when the phase number changes, while the current balance function is still achieved in normal operation.

    摘要: A method of optimizing a compression of a still image in JPEG 2000 format, which includes the steps of: (a) dividing an image into a predetermined numbers of tiles each having a predetermined numbers of tile pixels; (b) decomposing each of the tiles into a predetermined number of subbands by Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT); (c) partitioning each of the subbands into a predetermined number of code-blocks which are arranged into a plurality of bit-planes respectively; (d) minimizing a total rate with a given predetermined total distortion of image so as to pre-determine an optimal truncation point for each of the code-blocks; (e) truncating a predetermined part of the DWT coefficients for each of the code-blocks so as to reduce computational resource; and (f) encoding each of the code-blocks by embedded block-coding to form an embedded code-stream having a plurality of code passes.

    摘要: The present invention provides a high-speed, memory efficient parallel coding technique for embedded block coding with optimized truncation (EBCOT) used in still image compression. Attributing to parallel processing method and structure, it processes a discrete wavelet transform (DWT) coefficient at a clock cycle without any state variable stored. Therefore, the need of state variable memory can be avoid and the external memory bandwidth can be reduced. With the same cost of chip-area and lower power consumption, the processing rate of this invention is several times higher than conventional schemes. Furthermore, the present invention processes 50 M coefficients per second at 100 MHz and can encode lossless HDTV 720p resolution pictures at 30 fps in real time.

    摘要: The structure of a trans-reflective liquid crystal display panel includes stacks in longitudinally and two areas in transversely, which are reflective area and transmissive area. A thin-film-transistor layer and a dielectric layer are formed on a substrate in sequential. For the transmissive area, a transparent conductive film, such as a pixel electrode, is formed. For the reflective area, a reflective film with multi-layer is formed on the dielectric layer and then the thin-film-transistor layer. After assembling, the trans-reflective liquid crystal display is complete. The materials of the reflective film with multi-layer and the dielectric layer are similar to have greater adhesion. Each layer of the reflective film with multi-layer includes two sublayers, the first reflective sublayer and the second reflective sublayer, which have the different refractive indexes. By modifying the temperature, pressure, gas flow and power of emitting in manufacturing process can make the refractive indexes of both layers.

The diffusion sheet advocates that while producing diffusion layer, at least a ultra-violet rays absorption layer set on the surface of diffusion layer at the same time to achieve insulating ultra-violet rays directly irradiated on the diffusion sheet and to avoid yellow and pyrolysis phenomenon occurred on the diffusion sheet. These results in avoiding the deviation caused from color temperature and chromaticity coordinate of TFT-LCD TV because of yellow diffusion sheet, then to achieve the purpose of improving product quality and materials lifespan.
