摘要： A heat-sensitive stencil master making apparatus for making a stencil master by imagewise perforating thermoplastic film of heat-sensitive stencil master material according to an image on an original includes a thermal head which has an array of a plurality of heater elements and is brought into thermal contact with the thermoplastic film. Heater elements selected from the array of the heater elements according to the image on the original are applied with an electric voltage so that perforations are formed in the parts of the thermoplastic film of the heat-sensitive stencil master material in contact with the selected heater elements. A continuous electric voltage is applied to each of the selected heater elements to heat the heater element to a predetermined temperature in a predetermined temperature range adequate to thermally perforate the thermoplastic film and then an intermittent electric voltage is applied to the heater element so that the temperature of the heater element is held in the predetermined temperature range for a predetermined time interval adequate to thermally perforate the thermoplastic film.

摘要： A hydraulic disc brake caliper that includes a housing that has first and second side portions and first and second end portions that cooperate to define a braking opening. The housing also includes first and second piston receiving openings and first and second fluid openings. The caliper also includes a bolt received in the second fluid opening that includes a shaft having a portion of a fluid path defined in the outer surface thereof that includes at least one channel and at least one reduced diameter portion. The fluid path extends from the first fluid opening to the second fluid opening. The at least one channel and the at least one reduced diameter portion are part of the fluid path and are in fluid communication between the first and second piston receiving openings.

摘要： A composite material bicycle disc brake rotor is provided for a bicycle disc brake device and is designed to be mounted to a bicycle wheel hub directly or using a hub mounting member. The rotor basically includes a rotor member and a fastening member. The rotor member has a first ring-shaped member and a pair of second ring-shaped members disposed on opposite sides of the first member. The second members include a material with higher wear resistance than the first member. At least one fixing hole is formed through the first and second members and a depression is formed around the fixing hole on the surface of one of the second members. The fastening or tightening member is mounted through the fixing hole of the rotor member to fix the rotor member to another member.

摘要： A hydraulic apparatus such as a bleeder screw comprises an inner end, an outer end, and a main body extending between the inner end and the outer end. The main body includes a first section having a threaded outer peripheral surface a second section disposed between the first section and the inner end. The second section has a smaller diameter than the threaded outer peripheral surface of the first section, and an axial length of the threaded outer peripheral surface is less than an axial length of the second section. An internal fluid passage opens through an outer peripheral surface of the second section at a location between the inner end and the threaded outer peripheral surface, and the internal fluid passage opens through the main body at a location between the threaded outer peripheral surface and the outer end. Another hydraulic apparatus comprises a first fluid reservoir having a first reservoir chamber and a first reservoir outlet; a second reservoir having a second reservoir chamber and a second reservoir outlet; and a common fluid passage in fluid communication with the first reservoir outlet and the second reservoir outlet to flow fluid from both the first reservoir chamber and the second reservoir chamber to the atmosphere.

摘要： An easily mountable disc brake rotor assembly that is lightweight is provided. The bicycle disc brake rotor assembly includes a rotor and an adaptor and is mounted to the front hub of a bicycle. A caliper mounted to the bicycle's suspension fork grips the rotor. The rotor is a ring-shaped plate, which has brake surfaces that are gripped by the caliper. The adapter is mounted to the front hub and has a deformation that secures the rotor to the hub. External and internal splines on the adapter prevent the rotor from rotating and transmit a braking force exerted on the rotor to the hub, respectively.
