    Abstract: A hydraulic control valve for an ATV or motorcycle takes hydraulic input from a hand brake lever as an input to a first cavity of the control valve with a movable piston therein, and from a foot brake lever as an input to a second cavity of the control valve with a movable piston therein, with the two pistons being linked. A bypass channel extends around the piston in the first cavity, which is closed off when the first piston moves longitudinally. The output of the first cavity hydraulically controls braking of the front wheel(s). The foot brake lever also pressurizes a direct line to brake the rear wheel(s) that doesn't go through the control valve.

    Abstract: A rollator is disclosed, including first and second upright members, each including handle portions, wheels, hinges disposed between the wheels and the handle portions, channels disposed along the upright members between the hinges and the wheels, and lateral hinges orthogonal to the hinges. First and second foldable support members having wheels are attached to the hinges. At least one lateral support member is disposed between and attached to the lateral hinges, and includes an intermediate hinge. Brake systems include brake lines communicating between brake controls and brakes. In a reversible storage configuration, the foldable support members are rotated to be at least partially disposed in the channels, and the lateral hinges and intermediate hinge rotate to collapse the lateral support member, bringing the upright members with the folded foldable support members adjacent to one another.

    Abstract: A rollator braking system for a rollator includes two handles, two brake lever assemblies, and two wires. The rollator includes a frame and a plurality of wheels attached to the frame for moving the rollator. The two handles are adjustably connected to the frame, and each handle including a gripping member. Each of the two brake lever assemblies include a bracket fixedly connected to the handle and a lever rotatably connected to the bracket to rotate towards and away from the gripping member when in an unlocked position, and fixedly connected to the bracket when in a locked position. Each of the two wires are operably connected between a lever assembly and a brake on one of the wheels such that when the lever is rotated towards the gripping member, the brake slows rotation of the wheel, and when the lever is in the locked position the brake stops the rotation of the wheel.

    Abstract: A braking system is mounted on a rollator or a transport chair and includes a braking part and an operating system. The braking part is mounted adjacent to a wheel of a rollator or a transport chair. When the operating system is unactuated, the braking part abuts a corresponding wheel to avoid a rotation of the corresponding wheel. When a user wants to walk and move the rollator or the transport chair, the user can press the operating system such that the braking part departs from the wheels and releases a brake. When the user wants to sit on the seat cushion and rest, the user can keep the braking system actuated without pressing the operating system, and accordingly the rollator or the transport chair would not be slidable when sat on, thereby avoiding danger. In addition, when the user walks on a slope, the user can release their hands from the rollator or the transport chair without making the rollator or the transport chair slide down the slope.
