    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition which comprises:(A) 45-90% by weight of a rubber-modified thermoplastic styrene resin in which the grafting degree is 40-150% by weight based on the weight of the rubbery polymer,(B) 9.5-54.5% by weight of an aromatic polyester having an intrinsic viscosity of 1.1-2 dl/g as measured at 25.degree. C. in o-chlorophenol, and(C) 0.1-20% by weight of a graft copolymer obtained by graft-copolymerizing a monomer mixture consisting of 60-80% by weight of an aromatic alkenyl compound and 20-40% by weight of an alkenyl cyanide compound on a copolymer consisting essentially of an olefin unit and an epoxy group-containing unsaturated compound unit, and(D) optionally a silicone lubricant in a proportion of 5-20,000 ppm of the total weight of the (A), (B) and (C) components. Said thermoplastic resin composition can be prepared by previously mixing a part or the whole of the (B) component, a part or the whole of the (C) component and 0-20% by weight of the (A) component, and then mixing the resulting mixture with the remaining component or components.

    摘要: A rubber-reinforced styrene resin composition consisting essentially of:(1) 2-30% by weight of a grafted rubbery polymer wherein less than 30 parts by weight of a polymer of at least an aromatic alkenyl compound and an alkenyl cyanide compound are grafted onto 100 parts by weight of a conjugated diene rubber (I) having a weight average particle size of 0.26-0.6 .mu.m and a gel content of 30-80% by weight;(2) 5-40% by weight of a grafted rubbery polymer wherein 30 parts by weight or more of a polymer of at least an aromatic alkenyl compound and an alkenyl cyanide are grafted onto 100 parts by weight of a conjugated diene rubber (II) having a weight average particle size of 0.26-0.6 .mu.m and a gel content of 30-80% by weight; and(3) 40-93% by weight of a styrene copolymer of a monomer component consisting of at least one aromatic alkenyl compound and an alkenyl cyanide compound, and the difference between grafting degree of the component (1) and the grafting degree of component (2) being 15% by weight or more.

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising (A) 75 to 99.8% by weight of a rubber-modified styrene thermoplastic resin, (B) 0.1 to 15% by weight of an aromatic polyester having an intrinsic viscosity in the range of 0.2 to 1.5 dl/g, and (C) 0.1 to 10% by weight of an aromatic polycarbonate. The resin composition provides a painted surface with a superior appearance when a paint is applied on its surface, while maintaining its good fluidity, high impact resistance, and excellent molding heat stability. It can be applied with particular advantage to bodies or chassis of automobiles and the like onto which a paint is coated.

Component (A) is a thermoplastic resin including 0-70% by weight of a rubber component and 100-30% by weight of a polymer component formed from monomers comprising a methylated aromatic vinyl monomer and an hydroxylated aromatic vinyl monomer and, optionally, an aromatic vinyl monomer other than the above monomers, a cyanated vinyl monomer, a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer, maleic anhydride, and a maleimide monomer; graft ratio of the thermoplastic resin being 10-150% when the rubber component is used.     摘要: A thermoplastic resin containing a graft copolymer obtained by graft-copolymerizing at least one vinyl monomer onto colloidal silica-core silicone-shell particles, and a process for producing the thermoplastic resin.A colloidal silica-core silicone-shell particles comprising(A) from 99.9 to 5% by weight of cores which are colloidal silica particles, and(B) from 0.1 to 95% by weight of shells comprising an organosiloxy group represented by the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 which may be the same or different each represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms, Q represents hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, p is an integer of 1 to 3, and q is an integer of 0 to 2, with proviso that (p+q) is an integer of 1 to 3, and/or a polyorganosiloxane represented by the average composition formula ##EQU1## wherein R.sup.2 which may be the same or different each represents a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms and a is a number of 0.8 to 3.0, wherein 0.02 to 100 mole % of the sum of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 are groups containing a reactive unsaturated group.

    摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition comprising(A) 1-90% by weight of a polyamide elastomer and(B) 99-10% by weight of at least one of the following (a) and (b):(a) a rubber-modified thermoplastic styrene resin consisting of a rubber-modified styrene polymer containing a hydroxyl group-containing alkenyl monomer as a copolymerized component or a mixture of rubber-modified styrene polymer with a styrene polymer, in which mixture at least one of these polymers contains a hydroxyl group-containing alkenyl monomer as a copolymerized component,(b) a mixture or reaction product of (1) 40-99% by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane with (2) 60-1% by weight of a functional group-containing styrene resin in which a styrene resin is copolymerized with an unsaturated compound having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a carboxyl group, an acid anhydride group, an amino group, an epoxy group and a hydroxyl group.The above thermoplastic resin composition has a permanent antistatic property and is superior in mechanical properties, heat resistance during molding, moldability and surface appearance.
