    摘要: A leakage connection for connecting a leakage pipe to a fuel injector which is inexpensive to produce and that can be easily and reliably mounted can be obtained by configuring a security device as a snap ring that can be inserted in a nipple groove configured on the periphery of an insert. A bore groove is configured in the inner peripheral wall of the bore and corresponds to the nipple groove. In the mounted state of the leakage connection, the snap ring, with a part of its wall thickness, lies in the bore groove and with the rest of its wall thickness in the nipple groove, thereby preventing the leakage connection from being unintentionally withdrawn.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method and an injector for determining a position of a second part (10) inside a stepped boring (6). This part should assume an exact distance (H) from a first part (2). In order to determine the distance (H) between both parts (2, 10), a collar (3) is firstly introduced into a second boring (6b) of the stepped boring (6) until it rests upon a step (16) of the stepped boring (6). Afterwards, a punch (4), together with a touch probe (5), which is located inside a longitudinal boring (d), is placed upon a lower annular surface (17) of the collar (3) or on an underside (17a) of the first part (2), and the collar (3) is compressed until the predetermined distance (H) is obtained. The distance (H) is measured to a reference measure (x) between a projecting end piece (E) of the touch probe (5) and a reference mark (B) outside of the punch (4). The stamping process is stopped once the reference measure (x) has been obtained.

    摘要: A four-cylinder, reciprocating piston-machine includes a crankshaft having a rotary axis; a center bearing supporting the crankshaft; two outer bearings flanking the center bearing and supporting the crankshaft; and first, second, third and fourth torsion springs extending parallel to the crankshaft axis. The first and second torsion springs are parallel to and facing a first side of a reference plane containing the crankshaft axis, while the third and fourth torsion springs are parallel to and facing a second side of the reference plane. First, second, third and fourth elongated balancing masses are secured to and extending unidirectionally from respective first, second, third and fourth torsion springs toward the crankshaft in a perpendicular orientation to the crankshaft axis. The first and second balancing masses are situated at the outer bearings, while the third and fourth balancing masses are situated at the center bearing.
