摘要: A tab bundle has a first bent portion, which is at a first end in the stacking direction L of an electrode assembly in a laminated state and is bent toward a second end in the stacking direction L of the electrode assembly, and an extended portion, which protrudes from the first bent portion in the stacking direction L. The tab bundle is electrically connected to a conductive member by means of a conduction part, which is located in the extended portion. The conductive member includes: a fixed piece, which is fixed to the inner surface of a lid member and located between the extended portion and the lid member, and a connecting piece, which intersects the fixed piece and protrudes toward the electrode assembly. The tab bundle is electrically connected to the connecting piece by means of the conduction part, which is located in the extended portion.

摘要: An electricity storage device includes a casing, a terminal, and a current interruption device. The terminal includes a column part and a base part. A first sealing member having an insulating property including a first sealing part sealing between the terminal and a terminal wall is provided between the terminal and the terminal wall, and surrounding an entire periphery of the column part. A first insulating member having an insulating property is disposed within a first space provided between the terminal and the terminal wall on a casing inner side relative to the first sealing part, and surrounds the entire periphery of the column part. At least one of the first sealing member and the first insulating member is disposed in the first space from an end face of the first space on a casing outer side to an end face on the casing inner side thereof.

摘要: A method for manufacturing an electricity-storage module includes: preparing a stacked body and first sealing portions; processing an extension portion of one or more first sealing portions included in an outer edge portion in a stacking direction of the stacked body so that an extension portion length of the one or more of first sealing portions becomes shorter than a length of the extension portions of the first sealing portions which are not included in the outer edge portion; and forming a second sealing portion that is provided at the periphery of the first sealing portions when viewed from the stacking direction and covers at least parts of outer surfaces of the first sealing portions located at stacking ends of the stacked body in the stacking direction by injection molding in which a resin material is caused to circulate in a mold frame.

摘要: A power storage device includes a plurality of power storage modules laminated, a conductive plate and a sealing member. The conductive plate and the sealing member are provided between the power storage modules adjacent to each other in a laminating direction of the power storage modules. The plurality of power storage modules each have an electrode laminate, an electrolytic solution, and a sealing body. The electrode laminate has electrode exposed portions exposed from the sealing body at one end and the other end in the laminating direction. Between the power storage modules adjacent to each other in the laminating direction, the conductive plate is disposed between the electrode exposed portions opposing each other to be in contact with the electrode exposed portions, and at least a portion between the sealing bodies opposing each other is filled with the sealing member.

摘要: In a configuration in which a first shaft portion configured to drive a pump mechanism and a second shaft portion configured to drive an expansion mechanism are coupled to each other, a Rankine cycle system which is capable of continuing the circulation of working fluid by an expansion machine even when the pump mechanism is locked is provided. This Rankine cycle system of the invention employs a pump and an expansion machine coupled in a tandem manner. A first shaft of the pump and a second shaft of the expansion machine are concentric and the first shaft is capable of transmitting power to the second shaft. A pump torque limiter is provided between the first shaft and a main gear. A one-way clutch is provided between a sensing shaft and the second shaft.

摘要: A current interruption device disclosed in the present specification includes: a first conductive member and a second conductive member that are facing each other; an insulating seal member disposed therebetween; and an insulating cover accommodating the first conductive member, the second conductive member, and the seal member. The seal member separates a space between the first and second conductive members into an inner space and an outer space which communicates with the space within the casing. In a plan view, the seal member is positioned in an entire area outside of contact portions of the seal member with the first and second conductive members within a range where the first and second conductive members are facing each other. The cover is disposed along outer circumferential edges of the first and second conductive members, and the seal member is in contact with the cover.
