摘要: A device updating system may store data from an application to be updated, especially personalization data that is to be persisted beyond the version update. After the data is stored, the application may be deleted and a migration application is installed. The migration application may use a matrix or the like characterizing differences between prior editions of the application and the one being installed. The migration application may determine the previous edition and updates the personalization data according to the matrix. After the data is updated, the migration application may be deleted and the new application installed. The new application may retrieve the updated data and may be ready to operate without concern about what the previous edition may have been. Memory space may be conserved by not requiring the new application to carry the version matrix and all possible changes between the current edition and all possible previous editions.

摘要: Embodiments of the invention are directed to enabling access transaction systems to accept different communication protocols. In some embodiment, an access device receives, from a portable device, an indication that a transaction is to be performed by exchanging transaction information between the portable device and a remote computer, wherein the remote computer is configured to communicate using a first communication protocol. Next, the access device determines that the portable device is configured to communicate using a second communication protocol. The access device then converts communications between the portable device and the remote computer from the second communication protocol to the first communication protocol to assist the portable device and the remote computer in exchanging the transaction information.

摘要: A bridge device acts as a link between generic wireless protocols of mobile devices and available communication components of access devices. The bridge device can be an attachment to existing access devices and enables a transaction using any available communication components on an access device and a bridge device mobile application on a mobile device. The bridge device notifies the mobile device which communication components are available for the transaction. The mobile device then sends a selection of a communication component to the bridge device. To conduct the transaction, the bridge device converts data received from the mobile device and sends it to the access device using a protocol compatible with the selected communication component. The bridge device also converts data received from the access device and sends it to the mobile device using a generic wireless protocol supported by the mobile device.

摘要: The subject matter described herein includes systems, methods, and computer readable media for utilizing one or more preferred application lists in a wireless device reader. A transaction terminal designates compatible application identifiers, where each of the compatible application identifiers is respectively associated with a transaction application that is compatible with the transaction terminal. A proximity payment system environment (PPSE) application is configured to store user preferred application identifiers, where each user preferred application identifier is respectively associated with a to transaction application stored on the mobile wireless device. A wireless device reader for receives the compatible application identifiers from the transaction terminal, and stores the compatible application identifiers in preferred applications lists (PALs).

摘要: A hydraulic unit (1) mounted on a vehicle with an adjustable platform which is supported by two mechanically separate arms actuated by a separate hydraulic lifting device (5, 6). The hydraulic unit has the supply and return and preferably includes a balance valve (21) for controlling lowering of the platforms; a flow divider (22) enabling a division of the supply fluid into two flows having an identical flow rate, and each supplying one of the hydraulic lifting devices; and a resetting solenoid valve (23) that, when the operator controls the resetting of the hydraulic lifting devices, regardless of the operation direction and position thereof, and isolates one of the hydraulic devices (6) in order to immobilize the same while the other hydraulic lifting device (5 or 6) is adjusted.
