    摘要: The starting device for starting an internal combustion engine includes a starter motor (12) with a pinion for cranking the internal combustion engine; a voltage source (40) for the starter motor; a starter relay (14) for connecting and disconnecting the voltage source to and from the starter motor and an electronic relay (32) for triggering the starter relay according to control signals from the motor controller (50). The electronic relay (32) is mounted on the starter motor or in the starter relay. The electronic relay (32) includes a power module (34) with a redundancy circuit including two transistors (144', 144") coupled with each other by a logic circuit for preventing starter operation when one of the two transistors is defective.

    摘要: A dual-clutch group transmission having splitter, main and range groups. The range group is a planetary transmission with a ring gear, a sun gear and planetary gears that are supported by a carrier. Inner and outer transmission input shafts are connected to a respective first and second clutch. A main transmission shaft and shifting elements for engaging gears or forming frictional connections. Power-gearshifts, involving a shift of the range group, are enabled because the inner input shaft can be directly connected, via a shift element, to the main shaft. A hollow shaft extends coaxially over the main shaft and supports a loose wheel of a forward gear of the main group. The wheel can be rotationally fixed, via a shift element, to the hollow shaft which can be connected to the main shaft and the carrier by respective shifting elements.

    摘要: The invention concerns a clutch (1) comprising a sliding sleeve (17) with selector teeth (19), two synchronizing rings (28, 29) situated on either side of the sliding sleeve (17) with locking teeth (30, 31) and friction surface (24, 25) which can be turned about a limited rotation angle in relation to the sliding sleeve (17) and two clutch bodies (20, 21) with clutch teeth (22, 23) and counter friction surface (26, 27), the clutch bodies (20, 21) interacting with the synchronizing rings (28, 29) wherein the sliding sleeve (17) is constantly connected with a gear element (3) in a way torsionally resistant and when engaged is connected to one of the clutch bodies (20, 21) via the selector teeth (19) and the clutch teeth (22, 23) with positive fit. In order to make possible a limited rotation angle between the sliding sleeve (17) and the synchronizing rings (28, 29) in a specifically narrow, externally guided, sliding sleeve (17), it is proposed that the synchronizing rings (28, 29) have several cams (32, 33) distributed over the periphery which engage in grooves (44) of the externally guided sliding sleeve (17) with a clearance thus defining the limited rotation angle, some of the cams (32) of one synchronizing ring (28) extending into the area of the other synchronizing ring (29) and vice versa.

    摘要: In an apparatus for noise reduction and damping in ventilators of electric machines, in particular vehicular alternators, it is proposed that the ventilator support on the rotor shaft be effected by axially staggering inner rubber inlays on both sides and providing adjoining outer spring pressure elements such that the ventilator region is clamped, at least in the axial direction and preferably radially as well with an additional rubber ring.
