摘要： A disk brake capable of improving fabrication efficiency and having a transmission member. The transmission member (101) includes: an anti-rotation locking portion (130) formed on an outer circumferential portion of the transmission member, the anti-rotation locking portion being slidably fitted into a fitting area (72) on a cylinder (35) side so as to restrict rotation relative to the cylinder; and a seal groove (109) formed in an inserted portion (105). The seal groove stores a sealing member (118) for defining an internal space in the cylinder (35) and a cam chamber (62). The anti-rotation locking portion is fitted into the fitting area (72) on the cylinder side before the sealing member is positioned inside a hole (59) when the inserted portion (105) of the transmission member (101) is inserted into the hole.

A thickness of the guide attachment part in a disk diameter direction and a thickness of the one arm part in the disk diameter direction at least partially overlap in the disk axial direction.

Film formation or surface treatment may be carried out either a dry or wet method.

摘要： A paste type lead storage battery having a grid constituted by a grid base formed of a lead-calcium alloy and a layer of lead-antimony-stannum alloy roll-bonded integrally to the grid base on at least one side thereof. Preferably, the grid is formed by expanding a sheet of base material to which the alloy layer is integrally roll-bonded. Portions of the base and the alloy layer that serve as a active material support are both in contact with a paste-like active material, and antimony and stannum coexist in the alloy layer. The charge restoration after standing in a discharged state and the lifetime during cycles of charge and discharge including heavy discharge are thereby improved.

摘要： A pasted type lead-acid battery with greatly extended service life and capacity over the usable service life thereof has a glass mat, which may have a dual layer construction, disposed adjacent positive plates of assembled elements. Each plate is constructed as a grid having main and small members with the small members entirely embedded in an active material. Pressure is applied to the assembled element within disclosed ranges. The assembled elements may be pressurized by a binding band or pressure may be applied from outside the battery container. In the latter case, the side and bottom walls of the container are made pleat-shaped.

摘要： This invention relates to a method of producing a paste-type electrode for a lead storage battery which comprises packing into an active material support a paste prepared by kneading a lead oxide having a conversion ratio to red lead (Pb.sub.3 O.sub.4) of 90% or less or a mixture of this lead oxide powder with water and sulfuric acid as the principal components. Because this lead oxide contains red lead less than 90%, red lead formed on the surface of this oxide and lead oxide (PbO) formed in the particle core are directly bonded. This enhances the bonding power between the active materials. The paste-type electrode prepared by this method provides high adhesion of the paste to the active material support and high bonding power between the active materials. Therefore, both improvements in life and in efficiency of formation charge can be attained.
