The thin-film EL device is produced by forming a luminescent layer, other insulating layer and other electrode layer successively on a composite substrate comprising a substrate; an electrode layer embedded in the substrate in such a manner that the electrode layer and the substrate are in one plane; and an insulating layer formed on the surface of a composite comprising the substrate and the electrode layer.

    摘要: The EL device of the present invention has a structure in which a first electrode, a first insulator layer, an electroluminescence-producing light emitting layer, a second insulator layer, and a second electrode layer are successively stacked on an electrical insulating substrate. At least one of the first insulator layer and the second insulator layer has as a main component barium titanate and in addition 0.1 to 3 mole % magnesium oxide, 0.05 to 1.0 mole % manganese oxide, no more than 1 mole % yttrium oxide, 2 to 12 mole % of barium oxide and calcium oxide, and 2-12 mole % silicon oxide.

    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a multi-layered unit for a multi-layered ceramic electronic component which can reliably prevent short circuit failure from occurring in a multi-layered ceramic electronic component and form an electrode layer in a desired manner.A method for manufacturing a multi-layered ceramic electronic component includes a step of printing a conductive paste containing a binder containing ethyl cellulose having a weight average molecular weight of MWL and ethyl cellulose having a weight average molecular weight of MWH at a weight ratio of X:(1−X), where MWL, MWH and X are selected so that X*MWL+(1−X)*MWH falls within a range of 145,000 to 215,000 and at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of isobornyl acetate, dihydroterpinyl methyl ether, terpinyl methyl ether, α-terpinyl acetate, I-dihydrocarvyl acetate, I-menthone, I-menthyl acetate, I-perillyl acetate and I-carvyl acetate on a ceramic green sheet containing a butyral system resin as a binder in a predetermined pattern, thereby forming an electrode layer.

    摘要: A pneumatic tire comprising a skin layer which is formed by curing a polyurethane resin composition comprising a compound having active hydrogen atoms and an organic polyisocyanate compound, has an oxygen permeation coefficient at 23° C. under a relative humidity of 60% of 2.0 ml·mm/m2·day·MPa or smaller and comprises 20% by weight or more of a skeleton structure represented by formula (1) is provided. Since the tire has the skin layer formed with the polyurethane resin composition and having an excellent barrier property to gases, the weight of the tire can be decreased, durability can be improved and quiet driving can be achieved while the internal pressure is retained even when the gas filling the tire is the air, and the tire is more economical than tires filled with nitrogen gas. Unlike other tires using other materials having the barrier property to gases to decrease the weight, no adhesives are necessary for disposing the skin layer. Thus, the process can be simplified and the cost can be reduced in the production
