摘要： A pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the invention includes product formed by applying an aqueous dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive including a dispersion containing at least a base polymer dispersed in water and by drying the applied aqueous dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer dose not contain air bubbles with a maximum length of more than 350 μm and the number of air bubbles with a maximum length of 50 μm to 350 μm is 1/m2 or less in a surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed using an aqueous dispersion type pressure-sensitive adhesive with low environmental loading and has a high-quality coating appearance with no problem of fine air bubble defects.

摘要： The aqueous dispersion adhesive composition contains an aqueous dispersion copolymer obtained by reacting of a reaction component containing alkyl (meth)acrylate whose linear or branched alkyl group has 4 to 18 carbon atoms, (meth)acrylic acid, a phosphoric acid group-containing vinyl monomer and an alkoxysilyl group-containing vinyl monomer to react; and a crosslinking agent having reactivity with a carboxyl group. In the aqueous dispersion adhesive composition, an amount of the crosslinking agent is from 0.07 to 4 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the aqueous dispersion copolymer, and in an adhesive layer made of the aqueous dispersion adhesive composition, an elongation at 90° C. is 200% or less.

摘要： An aqueous dispersion-type pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for an optical film of the invention includes a emulsion particles of a core-shell structure, wherein the emulsion particles include a (meth)acryl-based copolymer (A) having a glass transition temperature of −55° C. to 0° C. and a (meth)acryl-based copolymer (B) having a glass transition temperature of 0° C. to 180° C., in a single emulsion particle, one of the copolymers (A) and (B) forms a core layer, and another forms a shell layer, at least one of the copolymers (A) and (B) contains a carboxyl group-containing monomer, a difference of the glass transition temperatures between the copolymers (A) and (B) is 50° C. or more, and a ratio (A)/(B) (by weight) is in the range of 50/50 to 90/10. The above composition can form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which is prevented from peeling in a moist environment and also prevented from peeling over time after taken out of a high-temperature moist environment.
