    摘要: A multiple primary color display device according to the present invention includes a pixel defined by a plurality of sub pixels. The plurality of sub pixels include a first sub pixel to display a first color having a first hue, a second sub pixel to display a second color having a second hue, a third sub pixel to display a third color having a third hue, and a fourth sub pixel to display a fourth color having a fourth hue. When a color represented by the input signal is changed from black to white via a color of a prescribed hue, luminance levels of the plurality of sub pixels are set such that the luminance level of each of the first sub pixel, the second sub pixel and the third sub pixel is started to be increased without increasing the luminance level of the fourth sub pixel and such that the luminance level of the third sub pixel is increased at a lower rate than that of the luminance level of each of the first sub pixel and the second sub pixel.

    摘要: A method of separating and purifying nucleic acids from samples containing cells, such as blood and culture solutions. According to the method of the invention, a cell extract obtained by cell disruption is adsorbed by a filter made of a nonwoven fabric and the nucleic acid is eluted after washing the filter. Alkaline conditions of pH 12 or higher may be employed for elution of the nucleic acid, or the filter-adsorbed nucleic acid may be eluted by treatment with active oxygen or by using a surfactant. Nucleic acids separated and purified by the method of the invention can be used in nucleic acid amplification and nucleic acid sequence analysis techniques.

    摘要: A dust seal is provided with a tubular fitting portion, a bush end surface abutting portion, a lip portion and a sealing projection integrally formed. The sealing projection is formed to project in an axially opposite direction to the lip portion from a radial inner section of the bush end surface abutting portion and abuts against a chamfered portion of a bush in such a manner as to overlap the chamfered portion. Therefore, at the time of supplying lubricant between the bush and a connecting pin, the sealing projection can prevent a part of the lubricant from entering between an end surface of the bush and the bush end surface abutting portion of the dust seal to maintain a sealed state therebetween. In consequence, the dust seal can be stably held on the inner peripheral side of a boss member, preventing the pulling-out of the dust seal.

    摘要: An integrated circuit card operation management system and method are provided. In one example of the system, a collator system is provided for receiving a user request to determine whether the application program can be loaded, for acquiring a card policy from a card issue management system, and for acquiring an application program policy from a service provider management system. The collator system requests card related information of the card issue management system and requests application program related information of the service provider management system. The collator system specifies a definition format. The card issue management system and the service provider management system extract requested information from existent information, convert the requested information according to the specified definition format, and transmit the converted information to the collator system. Using the acquired policies and the acquired profiles, the collator system determines whether the application program can be loaded.
