    摘要: A delustered thermoplastic resin composition which comprises 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (B); and 0.1 to 40 parts by weight of a resin (A) which essentially consists of:80 to 20 parts by weight of a polymer or a copolymer component (I) obtained by polymerizing;(a) 30 to 100% by weight of at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of an alkyl methacrylate in which the alkyl group has 1 to 4 carbon atoms and an aromatic vinyl compound;(b) 0 to 70% by weight of an alkyl acrylate in which the alkyl group has 1 to 13 carbon atoms;(c) 0 to 50% by weight of a monoethylenically unsaturated monomer other than those of (a) and (b); and(d) 0 to 5 parts by weight of a crosslinking monomer per 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the above components (a), (b), and (c); and 20 to 80 parts by weight of a copolymer component (II) obtained by polymerizing;(e) 30 to 90% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound;(f) 10 to 60% by weight of at least one alkyl acrylate monomer in which the alkyl group has 1 to 13 carbon atoms;(g) 0 to 20% by weight of a monoethylenically unsaturated monomer other than those of (e) and (f); and(h) 0.05 to 10 parts by weight of a crosslinking monomer per 100 parts by weight of the total amount of the above components (e), (f) and (g).

    摘要: A multi-layer structure polymer composition having a gel content of at least 50% which is constituted of an innermost layer polymer (A) consisting mainly of alkyl acrylate and having a degree of swelling of 10 or lower, and having a glass transition temperature lower than 10.degree. C., a crosslinked elastomer polymer (B) consisting mainly of alkyl acrylate and having a degree of swelling slightly higher than that of said polymer (A) and having a glass transition temperature not higher than 0.degree. C., said innermost layer polymer (A) and said crosslinked elastomer polymer (B) constituting a double layer elastomer structure polymer, as well as an outermost layer polymer (C) consisting mainly of alkyl methacrylate and having a glass transition temperature not lower than 60.degree. C., and at least one intermediate layer (D) existing between said polymer (B) layer and said polymer (C) layer, the amount of alkyl acrylate in said intermediate layer (D) linearly decreasing from said polymer (B) layer to said polymer (C) layer. Said polymer composition does not readily show the phenomenon of whitening even if dipped in hot water or boiling water and is excellent in weather resistance, solvent resistance, stress-whitening resistance, water-whitening resistance and transparency.

    摘要: A novel acrylic thermoplastic resin composition, transparent and excellent in flexibility, consisting of at least two different multi-layer structure polymers. Polymer [I] contains an inner layer of crosslinked acrylic elastomer and an outer layer of acrylic resin, wherein the amount of elastomeric inner layer is minor in comparison with the amount of the resin outer layer; polymer [II] has the same fundamental polymer structure as multi-layer structure polymer [I] except that the amount of crosslinked elastomer inner layer is a major amount as compared to the amount of resin outer layer. It is preferred that an intermediate layer having an intermediate property exist between the inner and outer layers of the multi-layer structure polymers.

    摘要: Disclosed is a resin composition which is usable for an exterior article without being coated on its surface when molded into the article and is excellent in the color tone and has good impact resistance and weatherability, said composition comprising (I) 10 to 70% by weight of a high-rubber-content graft polymer obtained by polymerizing 50 to 10% by weight of a monomer mixture (C) comprising 10 to 90% by weight of at least one aromatic vinyl monomer and 90 to 10% by weight of at least one ethylenically unsaturated monomer represented by the following general formula:CH.sub.2 .dbd.CRXwherein R stands for a hydrogen atom or methyl group, and X stands for a group --CN or --COOR.sub.1 in which R.sub.1 stands for an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms,in the presence of a latex of a multi-layer crosslinked acrylic rubber particles containing 5 to 30% by weight of a rigid crosslinked resin (A) having a core particle size of 0.15 to 0.45.mu. in the interior of the rubber particles and 45 to 85% by weight of a crosslinked acrylic acid ester polymer (B) comprising an acrylic acid ester as the main component in the outer layer of the rubber particles, so that the total amount of the components (A), (B) and (C) is 100% by weight, (II) 90 to 30% by weight of a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing at least one alkyl acrylate or methacrylate represented by the following general formula:CH.sub.2 .dbd.CRCOOR.sub.1wherein R stands for a hydrogen atom or methyl group, and R.sub.1 stands for an alkyl group having 1 to 8 carbon atoms,in an amount of at least 90% by weight, and (III) 0 to 50% by weight of a diene type rubber-containing thermoplastic resin, the sum of the amounts of the components (I), (II) and (III) being 100% by weight.

    摘要: A thermoplastic vinyl chloride polymer composition superior in processing properties is provided. The composition comprises (I) a predominant amount of polyvinyl chloride or a copolymer predominantly comprised of vinyl chloride and (II) a minor amount of two stage sequentially produced methyl methacrylate composite polymer consisting essentially of1 to 49 wt. % of component A polymerized from a monomer or monomer mixture of 90 to 100 wt. % of methyl methacrylate and 0 to 10 wt. % of at least one copolymerizable unsaturated monomer, said component A having a glass transition temperature of at least 75.degree. C and a reduced viscosity of 1.8 to approximately 10; and51 to 99 wt. % of component B polymerized onto or in the presence of said component A from a monomer mixture of 55 to 90 wt. % of a methyl methacrylate, 10 to 45 wt. % of an acrylic acid ester and 0 to 20 wt. % of at least one unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with methyl methacrylate and the acrylic acid ester, said component B exhibiting, if polymerized in the absence of said component A, a glass transition temperature of 25.degree. to 80.degree. C and a reduced viscosity of 1.8 to 10.

    摘要: A multi-stage sequentially produced polymer structure composition, comprising: an innermost layer (A), and successively seed polymerized thereupon an elastic polymer layer (B), an outermost layer (C) and at least one intermediate layer (D), said layer (A) which has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of at least 10.degree. C. and which constitutes 5-35% by weight of the total polymer composition being the polymerized product of a monomer mixture comprising 51-100 parts by weight of styrene or a styrene derivative, 0-49 parts by weight of a monomer having a copolymerizable double bond, 0-10 parts by weight of a polyfunctional monomer, and 0-5 parts by weight of a graft crosslinking agent; said layer (B) which has a glass transition temperature of 0.degree. C. or less and which constitutes 5-55% by weight of the total polymer composition being the product, polymerized in the presence of a product containing the previously polymerized stages, of a monomer mixture comprising 60-100 parts by weight of a diene monomer, 0-40 parts by weight of a monomer having a copolymerizable double bond, 0-10 parts by weight of a polyfunctional monomer and 0-5 parts by weight of a graft crosslinking agent; said layer (C) which has a glass transition temperature of at least 50.degree. C. and which constitutes 10-70% by weight of the total polymer composition being the product, polymerized in the presence of a product containing the previously polymerized stages, of a monomer mixture comprising 51-100 parts by weight of styrene or a styrene derivative and 0-49 parts by weight of a monomer having a copolymerizable double bond; and said intermediate layer (D) which constitutes 5-45% by weight of the total polymer composition being the product, polymerized in the presence of a product containing the previously polymerized stages, of a monomer mixture comprising 20 to (Y-10) parts by weight of styrene or a styrene derivative, (Y-10) to 20 parts by weight of a diene monomer, 0-10 parts by weight of a polyfunctional monomer and 0-5 parts by weight of a graft crosslinking agent, wherein Y is the amount of diene monomer used in the formation of said layer (B).
