摘要： A novel antidepressant composition of a cholinesterase inhibitor in combination with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, milnacipran or duloxetine is disclosed, which has a significantly high therapeutic effect as compared with conventional antidepressants. The therapeutic method using a cholinesterase inhibitor in combination with a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor, milnacipran or duloxetine is beneficial for the treatment of depression, in particular, refractory depression.

The mental disorder is depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, impulsive disorder, bulimia, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, insomnia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), schizophrenia, dementia, personality disorder, alcoholism, dissociative disorder, sleep apnea syndrome, or fibromyalgia. In a preferred embodiment, the mental disorder as a therapeutic target is fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), or depression with pain, and the administration of the pharmaceutical composition is capable of reducing the pain caused by these diseases.

摘要： A transfer film comprising a base film (11), a parting-agent layer (12), a protective film (13), and a metal film (14), the latter three being formed on the base film (11) in order, wherein the protective film (13) contains a softening agent such as a phosphate, an aliphatic monobasic acid ester, an aliphatic dibasic acid ester, or a dihydric alcohol ester. By using such a transfer film, a metal back layer is formed. Since the transfer layer of the transfer film has a surface resistivity of as high as 102–108 Ω/, the surface resistivity of the formed metal back layer is high, and discharge is suppressed.

摘要： In a magnetic disc apparatus including a plurality of magnetic discs mounted on a spindle, arms supporting magnetic heads, a rotary actuator for the arms, and a housing having an arcuate-shaped shroud, the improvement wherein gaps between the shroud and the sides of outer peripheries of the magnetic discs are larger than 0.1 mm and less than 0.6 mm. An open space is located, downstream of the arms with respect to the air flow on surfaces of the magnetic discs, the open space being devoid of the shroud. An opening is provided in the shroud, upstream of the arms with respect to the air flow and having a greater width than a width of the gaps defined between the magnetic discs and the shroud, and a bypass channel is provided which communicates between the opening and open space.

摘要： This invention relates to a writing instrument wherein a temporary ink storage member made of a synthetic resin injection molded article is sandwiched between a pen tip and an ink tank. In the present invention, a flange portion for fitting to a predetermined apparatus, which is positioned around an outer peripheral portion of the temporary ink storage member, is formed integrally with a shaft made of a synthetic resin injection molded article. In embodiments of the invention, the temporary ink storage member is made flexible, the shaft is made of a material which is softer than that of the tip holder, and the tip holder is used as a writing thickness display member. The temporary ink storage member can be used as an ink color display member and a cap is used as an application display member. In other embodiment, the cap can be fitted selectively in accordance with types of writing instruments.
