    摘要: The present invention provides a novel NMR metabolomics method for observing an animal by labeling the animal itself. A labeled animal labeled with a stable isotope is produced by feeding an animal a labeled food labeled with the stable isotope. Metabolism of a biological substance in the animal is analyzed based on nuclear magnetic resonance data of the biological substance containing the stable isotope. The nuclear magnetic resonance data is acquired by performing NMR measurement on a body of the labeled animal, a portion of the body, or an extract.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method of analyzing metabolism of a plant in which measurement sensitivity for nuclides such as 13C and 15N having low natural abundance ratios is improved using NMR. A labeled plant uniformly labeled with a stable isotope is produced by providing the plant with a nutrition source labeled with at least one type of stable isotope while growing the plant from a seed or a germinating seedling. The metabolism of a biological substance in the plant is analyzed based on NMR data of a biological substance that contains the stable isotope. The NMR data is acquired by performing NMR measurement on a body of the labeled plant, a portion of the body, or an extract.

    摘要: An optical disc drive includes: an optical head with an actuator and a photodetector; a tracking driver outputting a drive signal to the actuator; a first tracking error signal generator for generating a first tracking error signal based on an output signal of the photodetector; first and second lens position control sections for respectively outputting first and second lens position control signals to the tracking driver; and a selector for selectively supplying the first tracking error signal to the first or second lens position control section according to a moving velocity of the optical head during a seek operation. The first lens position control signal is obtained by extracting signal components, of which the frequencies are equal to or lower than a predetermined frequency, from the first tracking error signal. The second lens position control signal is obtained by extracting DC components of the first tracking error signal at on-track points thereof.

    摘要: A motor drive method is provided which is capable of preventing suspension of operation of an industrial robot, and preventing deviation of the track of movement from a command track, attributable to an overload state of a motor. Output torque command values for motors for various axes of the robot are detected (S1). When any one of the detected values exceeds a predetermined value, which is determined in accordance with the maximum output torque of each corresponding one of the motors for the various axes, an amount of move command per unit time, for every one of the axes, is reduced. The amount of move command per unit time is reduced by using the torque command values thus increased, the product of an override value and a coefficient obtained in accordance with the differential of the torque command values (S3, S6 and S14), whereby the overload state of the motor is prevented.
