    摘要: A control apparatus of an AC generator for a vehicle can obtain large regeneration energy without making the size of the generator large. In the control apparatus in which an AC output current is rectified and supplied to a vehicle mounted battery (6) and an electric load of the vehicle, provision is made for a regulator (5) that controls a continuity rate of electric power supply to a field coil (3) of a generator (1) by controlling an output voltage of the generator (1). The regulator (5) suppresses the continuity rate of electric power supply to the field coil (3) at the time of steady operation of the vehicle, and switches a suppression value of the continuity rate of electric power supply so as to increase the continuity rate of electric power supply at the time of deceleration operation of the vehicle.

    摘要: The control device including: a power transistor (502) for controlling conduction/non-conduction of a field coil (3) in accordance with an output voltage of an AC generator (1) mounted on a vehicle; an RPM detection section (511) for detecting an RPM of the AC generator (1); a drive duty setting section (510) for determining whether or not the RPM detected by the RPM detection section (511) is equal to or higher than a predetermined threshold, and reducing a conduction ratio of the field coil (3) when determining that the RPM is equal to or higher than the predetermined threshold; and a driver (504) for driving the power transistor (502) based on the conduction ratio. In this manner, the conduction ratio of the field coil (3) is reduced to suppress the drive torque.

A vehicle AC generator 50 has: a rotor 5 provided on a shaft 4; a stator 10 disposed so as to oppose the rotor; a rectifier 12 rectifying current generated in the stator; a regulator 13 adjusting voltage generated in the stator; and a resin cover 14 covering the rectifier. A partitioning section 15 is integrally formed on the inner side of the resin cover. The partitioning section extends in the peripheral direction and rises in the axial direction of the shaft.

    摘要: The present invention provides an automotive rotary electric machine that can suppress unnecessary disengagement of a protective cover by increasing supporting strength for the protective cover. The automotive rotary electric machine according to the present invention includes: a rectifier and a voltage regulator that are disposed outside a first axial end of a casing; and a resin protective cover that is formed so as to have a cup shape that is constituted by a bottom portion and a cylindrical peripheral wall portion, and that is mounted onto a casing so as to cover the rectifier and the voltage regulator. The protective cover is held by a circuit board of the rectifier by coupling by snap-fitting a plurality of projections that are disposed so as to protrude from an inner circumferential wall surface of the peripheral wall portion to a plurality of projection-engaging portions that are formed on an outer peripheral wall surface of the circuit board so as to be separated circumferentially.
