    摘要: Use of a non-manifold data structure enables retention of not only the interfaces between an entity in the process of being cut and a non-entity, but also the interfaces between entities or non-entities. These interfaces include the surfaces of substances (the boundaries between an entity and a non-entity) at intermediate points in time during a machining process represented by a series of Boolean operations, and the final or in-process interfaces obtained when machining (Boolean operations) is performed in a different sequence, and hence procedures following this method enable simulation to be retried at a low computation cost after a machining procedure is modified.

    摘要: The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for suppression of the expression of ATP citrate lyase, which contains a compound that suppresses the expression of ATP citrate lyase by the in vivo administration. The compounds suppress the expression of ATP citrate lyase by the in vivo administration include insulin secretagogues such as nateglinide. This pharmaceutical composition is effective in preventing, improving and treating metabolic syndrome, in particular, liver disorders related to abnormal lipid metabolism such as fatty liver and NASH.

    摘要: A method of culturing bovine embryos by culturing said bovine embryos in a medium containing thiol compound, and also a method of transporting bovine embryos by transporting said bovine embryos in a medium containing thiol compound are disclosed. According to the present invention, it is possible to culture bovine embryos up to blastocyst stage efficiently in the medium containing low molecular thiol compound without in vivo culture or coculture using feeder cells. Also when low molecular thiol compound is added to the transportation medium for bovine embryos, almost 100% embryos are still viable after long distant transportation.
