摘要: A process for preparing a sucrose fatty acid ester by interesterification between sucrose and a lower alkanol ester or glyceride of a fatty acid in the presence of an ion exchange resin is disclosed, wherein said ion exchange resin is a cation exchange resin having a carboxyl group having been ion-exchanged with an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal. A sucrose fatty acid can be prepared in a high yield through a simplified recovery and purification step.

摘要: An observation apparatus is provided. An apex angle of a contact prism is inputted by operating an apex angle setting knob of a control panel. A fining angle of the contact prism is inputted by operating a fitting angle setting knob. A control unit determines the amount of correction for astigmatism of a left observation optical system and the amount of correction for astigmatism of a right observation optical system based on a recognized observation magnification and the inputted apex angle. An axial angle for the astigmatism of the left observation optical system and an axial angle for the astigmatism of the right observation optical system are determined based on the inputted fitting angle. Variable cross cylinder lens rotating drive units are controlled to rotate cylinder lenses of each of the right and left observation optical systems, thereby obtaining the determined axial angle and the determined amount of correction.

摘要: An observation apparatus capable of preferably removing an astigmatism and chromatic aberration which occur in an observation image is provided. An apex angle of a contact prism is inputted by operating an apex angle setting knob of a control panel. A fitting angle of the contact prism is inputted by operating a fitting angle setting knob. A control unit determines the amount of correction for astigmatism of a left observation optical system and the amount of correction for astigmatism of a right observation optical system based on a recognized observation magnification and the inputted apex angle. 摘要: An image processing method and apparatus for converting image data for use in a color CRT and an image processing device each having a different color reproducible range, for example, a color printer. Color component data of color image data corresponding to a most parts of a color reproducible range of the color printer having a color reproducible region which is narrower than that of the color CTR is not converted. The hue and the brightness of color component data of color image data exceeding the color reproducible range of the color printer are not substantially converted but only chromaticness is converted. A part deviated from the color reproducible range can be approximated to the outer periphery of the reproducible range. Furthermore, the most part of the color reproducible range is correctly color-reproduced and the color image is converted so as to make a portion of the same to be a compressed space of an all color space. Therefore, a color image can be converted such that a color image can be reproduced while maintaining color continuity even if the color deviates from the color reproducible range of the color printer.
