摘要: The present invention provides a supported metal catalyst with synergistic sites, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The preparation method of this catalyst is to utilize the unsaturated cubane-like structure, M cation with catalytic activity is introduced into the cluster core unit. By using the vertex vacancy as the capturing center, and adjusting the impregnation temperature to maximize the loading of the cluster precursor, as well as depending on the electrostatic adsorption of the support and the confinement of the cluster structural unit, the number of S vacancies and the distance between S vacancies and Miso sites are effectively controlled through liquid phase reduction and atmosphere treatment at room temperature to obtain supported X3MSx/Al2O3 catalyst with Miso-Vs synergistic sites. The method of the present invention achieves the joint enhancement of the activity, product selectivity, and stability of unsaturated carbon oxygen bond selective hydrogenation, carbon chlorine bond selective hydrogenation dechlorination, and carbon hydrogen bond dehydrogenation reactions. This catalyst is mainly used in various catalytic reaction processes in the fields of petrochemical, fine chemical, environmental chemical, and other fields. It has outstanding catalytic performance, excellent activity, selectivity, and good recyclability, and is easy to recover and reuse.

摘要: A supported catalyst for hydroprocessing, hydrotreating or hydrocracking hydrocarbon feedstocks, the supported catalyst comprising at least one metal from Group 6 and at least one metal from Groups 8, 9, or 10 of the Periodic Table of the Elements, and optionally comprising phosphorous. The Group 6 metal comprises about 30 to about 45 wt. % and the total of Group 6 and Group 8, 9, or 10 or mixtures thereof metal components comprise about 35 to about 55 wt. %, calculated as oxides and based on the total weight of the catalyst composition. The metals, and phosphorous when present, are carried on and/or within a porous inorganic oxide carrier or support, the support prior to incorporation of the metals and phosphorus, having a total pore volume (TPV) of about 0.8 cc/g to about 1.5 cc/g and comprising a defined pore size distribution and wherein the supported catalyst comprises a defined pore size distribution.

摘要: Disclosed are a catalyst useful for producing organic amines by catalytic amination its preparation and application thereof, which catalyst comprising an inorganic porous carrier containing aluminum and/or silicon, and an active metal component supported on the carrier, the active metal component comprising at least one metal selected from Group VIII and Group IB metals, wherein the carrier has an L acid content of 85% or more relative to the total of the L acid and B acid contents. The catalyst shows an improved catalytic performance when used for producing organic amines by catalytic amination.

摘要: A process for producing a porous alpha-alumina catalyst support, comprising i) preparing a precursor material comprising, based on inorganic solids content, at least 50 wt.-% of a transition alumina having a loose bulk density of at most 600 g/L, a pore volume of at least 0.6 mL/g and a median pore diameter of at least 15 nm; and at most 30 wt.-% of an alumina hydrate; ii) forming the precursor material into shaped bodies; and iii) calcining the shaped bodies to obtain the porous alpha-alumina catalyst support. The catalyst support has a high overall pore volume, thus allowing for impregnation with a high amount of silver, while keeping its surface area sufficiently large so as to provide optimal dispersion of catalytically active species, in particular metal species. The invention further relates to a shaped catalyst body for producing ethylene oxide by gas-phase oxidation of ethylene, comprising at least 15 wt.-% of silver, relative to the total weight of the catalyst, deposited on a porous alpha-alumina catalyst support obtained in the process described above. The invention also relates to a process for preparing a shaped catalyst body as described above comprising impregnating a porous alpha-alumina catalyst support obtained in the process described above with a silver impregnation solution, preferably under reduced pressure; and optionally subjecting the impregnated porous alumina support to drying; and b) subjecting the impregnated porous alpha-alumina support to a heat treatment; wherein steps a) and b) are optionally repeated. The invention further relates to a process for producing ethylene oxide by gas-phase oxidation of ethylene, comprising reacting ethylene and oxygen in the presence of a shaped catalyst body as described above.

A method of producing a porous carbon includes: a first step of carbonizing a material containing a carbon source and a template source, to prepare a carbonized product; and a second step of immersing the carbonized product into a template removing solution, to remove a template from the carbonized product, and the method is characterized by changing at least two or more of the following conditions: type of the material, ratio of the carbon source and the template source, size of the template, and type of the template removal solution, to thereby control type, amount, or ratio of functional groups that are present in the porous carbon.

摘要: A method for producing acetaminophen may include causing p-nitrophenol to undergo an acetamination reaction to produce the acetaminophen, by passing a solution containing the p-nitrophenol through a column packed with a catalyst while also passing an acetylating agent and hydrogen through the column. The catalyst may be a supported metal catalyst in which a metal element is supported on a synthetic adsorbent, and a reaction temperature of the acetamination reaction is 0° C. to 60° C., and a reaction pressure of the acetamination reaction is 0.1 MPa to 1 MPa. With the method, it is possible to continuously produce acetaminophen safely and inexpensively with high selectivity and good yield, at a low reaction temperature and a low reaction pressure.
