摘要: The present disclosure generally relates to processes to produce a mercaptan and an asymmetrical sulfide utilize stacked bed catalyst systems containing CoMo and NiMo, and these processes demonstrate a synergistic reduction in the amount of ethylene, methyl mercaptan, ethyl mercaptan, and H2S in product mixtures. In aspects, the conversion of limiting reactants in the synthesis of asymmetrical sulfides unexpectedly remain high under increased flow rates through the catalyst bed, and under reduced temperatures and pressures. In further aspects, reactor systems configured for the independent synthesis of mercaptans and asymmetrical sulfides in a single fixed bed catalyst vessel are also disclosed as a simplification of existing reactor systems employing separate reactors for separate mercaptan and sulfide syntheses.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to methods for processing liquefied waste polymers containing diolefins and naphtha. Hydrotreatment A of the diolefins produces a diolefin depleted LWP feed which is separated by distillation B to give rise to one or more distillates containing at least a naphtha fraction, an optional middle fraction and a distillation bottom. Hydroprocessing C of the naphtha fraction gives rise to hydrogenated naphtha fraction which is suitable as a feed for a steam cracker D. The distillation bottom and the middle fraction can mixed with crude oil and used in oil refinerery since they are predominantly free from diolefins.

摘要: Disclosed are a process and system that are capable of performing selective hydrogenation on aromatic fractions by configuring a catalyst bed through staged loading of a plurality of hydrogenation catalysts with different catalytic properties, or configuring a catalyst system in which a plurality of hydrogenation catalysts are arranged using a plurality of reactors in such a way as to be equivalent with the staged loading, and as a result, are capable of suppressing aromatic loss while improving the selective removal of unsaturated hydrocarbons in the aromatic fraction and durability compared to the case of using a single catalyst.

摘要: The present application relates to a hydrogenation catalyst, a process for producing the same and application thereof in the hydrotreatment of feedstock oil. The process comprises at least the following steps: (1) contacting a first active metal component and a first organic complexing agent with a carrier to obtain a composite carrier; (2) calcining the composite carrier to obtain a calcined composite carrier having a total carbon content of 1% by weight or less; and (3) contacting a second organic complexing agent with the calcined composite carrier to obtain the hydrogenation catalyst. The hydrogenation catalyst has both excellent hydrodesulfurization activity and hydrodenitrogenation activity, and exhibits a significantly prolonged service life.

摘要: A method for producing hydrocarbon solvents having a sulfur content of less than 10 ppm, aromatic hydrocarbon content of less than 500 ppm, an initial boiling point higher than or equal to 300° C. and final boiling point lower than or equal to 500° C., for a fraction interval of a maximum of 100° C., and pour point lower than −25° C. according to the standard ASTM D5950, comprising of the following steps of: dewaxing of a hydrocarbon fraction having initial boiling point higher than 300° C. derived from the distillation of a gas oil fraction, hydrodearomatisation of all or part of the dewaxed effluent, in the presence of a catalyst comprising nickel on an alumina base, at a pressure ranging from 60 to 200 bar and a temperature ranging from 80° C. to 250° C., recovery of the dewaxed and dearomatised fraction, distillation in fractions of the dewaxed and dearomatised fraction, recovery of at least one 300° C.+ fraction having pour point lower than −25° C., this fraction having a distillation interval lower than 100° C.

摘要: The invention concerns a process for the preparation of a catalyst starting from a pre-catalyst comprising at least one catalytic metal and a support, said pre-catalyst having undergone a heat treatment at at least 60° C. without calcining, in which process said pre-catalyst is impregnated with a basic solution having a pH of more than 7.5 and containing at least one molecule in the zwitterionic form, and the impregnated pre-catalyst is dried at a temperature of at most 240° C. without subsequent calcining.The molecule in the zeolite form is selected from the group formed by amino-alcohol acids containing secondary or tertiary amine groups and containing at least one carboxylic acid function (and preferably only one) and at least one alcohol function. It is bicine or tricine, for example.The invention also concerns the catalyst prepared using this process, and its use in hydrotreatment and/or hydroconversion.
