摘要:
Methods of producing stem cell conditioned media to treat mammalian injuries or insults. In at least one embodiment of a method of producing a stem cell conditioned media of the present disclosure, the method comprises the steps of culturing at least one stem cell in a first cell culture medium, replacing some or all of the first cell culture medium with a second cell culture medium and further culturing the at least one stem cell in the second cell culture medium, and collecting a quantity of the second cell culture medium after a culture duration, wherein the quantity of the second cell culture medium contains a cell culture byproduct effective to treat a mammalian insult or injury. In another embodiment, the step of culturing comprises culturing the at least one stem cell in EGM2MV.

摘要:
A method for producing stem cell conditioned media for treatment of neurological insults is provided herein. By providing for the culture of adipose stem cells, and collecting the supernatants thereof, the supernatants have been shown to effect biological activity in preventing neural death when the supernatants are administered to a patient that has or is about to be subjected to a neural insult.
摘要:
Methods of treating nervous system conditions. In at least one embodiment of a method of treating a mammalian patient having a neuronal injury or insult of the present disclosure, the method comprises the step of administering a therapeutically-effective dose of a stem cell conditioned medium to a mammalian patient, the stem cell conditioned medium comprising a cell culture supernatant containing at least one factor capable of exerting effective neuroprotection to treat a mammalian neural injury or insult.

Compositions for treating nervous system conditions. In at least one embodiment of a stem cell conditioned medium of the present disclosure, the stem cell comprises a cell culture supernatant containing at least one factor capable of exerting effective neuroprotection to treat a mammalian neural injury or insult, the cell culture supernatant produced by culturing at least one mammalian adipose stem cell to produce the at least one factor.

Methods of producing stem cell conditioned media to treat mammalian injuries or insults. In at least one embodiment of a method for isolating non-endothelial adipocyte-depleted stromal cells of the present disclosure, the method comprises, comprising dissociating subcutaneous adipose tissue isolated from a mammal into a cell suspension, removing adipocytes from said cell suspension, resulting in a non-endothelial adipocyte-depleted cell suspension, and culturing the non-endothelial adipocyte-depleted cell suspension in a media containing growth factors VEGF, bFGF, EGF, and IGF, such that a mixed population of cells comprising a first population of further differentiated non-endothelial adipocyte-depleted CD34+/VE-cadherin− cells and a second population of further differentiated non-endothelial adipocyte-depleted CD34+/VE-cadherin+ cells are obtained and expanded.
摘要:
Adipose tissue-derived stromal cells and methods of isolating and using the same. In at least one embodiment of isolated adipose tissue-derived stromal cells of the present disclosure, the cells are isolated by performing adipose tissue resection or suction on a mammalian patient, dissecting tissue obtained from said tissue resection or suction and dissociating said tissue into a cell suspension, removing adipocytes from the cell suspension, culturing the adipocyte-depleted cell suspension in EGM-2-MV media, and isolating adipose tissue-derived stromal cells secreting vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hepatocyte growth factor (HGF), and granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF).
