摘要： A method for fabricating a periodic table group III-IV field-effect transistor device is described. The disclosed fabrication arrangement uses a single metallization for ohmic and Schottky barrier contacts, employs selective etching with a permanent etch stop layer, employs a non-alloyed ohmic contact semiconductor layer and includes a permanent semiconductor material secondary mask element, a mask element which can be grown epitaxially during wafer fabrication. The invention includes provisions for both an all optical lithographic process and a combined optical and electron beam lithographic process These concepts are combined to provide a field-effect transistor device of reduced fabrication cost, increased dimensional accuracy and state of the art electrical performance.

摘要： The present invention provides a reflow apparatus and method effective to make constant the internal gas flow direction in a heating section within a reflow furnace. A circulating gas path is formed in a heating unit which collects and causes the gas to flow from a sirocco fan, up the rear side of the heating unit and then down towards a circuit board moving along a transfer path at the front side of the heating unit. Moreover, a plurality of straightening plates are arranged above the transfer path of the heating unit so as to guide the hot gas, which is flowing forwardly downwardly toward the circuit board moving along the transfer path. A blow-down nozzle is provided and includes a plurality of plates aligned in rows in the transferring direction of the circuit boards. The plates have an inverse U-shaped cross section. The blow-down nozzle is arranged below the straightening plates to cause the vertical hot gas flows to flow uniformly over the whole surface of the circuit board.

摘要： A surface-mounting connector includes a repeater pin block and connector pins. The repeater pin block includes a main body consisting of a resin and having regularly arranged through holes, and a continuously extended resin spring contact portion integrally and continuously extending from the main body to be brought into contact with a surface of a printed board. The main body and the continuously extended resin spring contact portion have contact portions to be brought into contact with conductive pads of the printed board and conductive paths to be connected to the regularly arranged through holes. Each connector pin has a first pin portion on its one end. The first pin portion has a press-fit structure and is forcibly inserted in a corresponding through hole. Each connector pin also has a second pin portion on its other end. The second pin portion is used for electrical connection with an external unit. The contact portions to be brought into contact with the conductive pads arranged in a row on the same surface of the printed board are arranged on the continuously extended resin spring contact portion.
