摘要： A swash plate type compressor having shoes provided with center holes on the slidable surfaces. The center hole provided with a bottom acts as a reservoir for lubricating oil and supplys the oil on the slidable surface of the shoe, which slides against the swash plate. There can be a second ring groove concentric to the center hole, or annexed grooves which are stretching outward radially from the center hole. The center hole also prevents the center part from protruding outward by thermal expansion, which is caused by friction. The slidable surface of the shoe is preferably coated with a layer containing solid lubricant so as to smooth the sliding motions.

摘要： Provided is a bipedal walking robot which includes a linear actuator, which connects a crus link and a foot of each leg away from an ankle joint, for driving the foot to rock around the ankle joint with respect to the crus link according to a telescopic motion thereof. The robot is capable of applying a desired moment to the foot for walking on stairs without increasing the linear actuator in size. The linear actuator is disposed in such a way that a telescopic force therefrom acts on a line inclined backward with respect to a connection line connecting a knee joint and the ankle joint. Preferably, a connection portion, which is connected to the crus link, of the linear actuator is disposed backward from the connection line, and a connection portion, which is connected to the foot, of the linear actuator is disposed forward from the connection line.

摘要： A control valve for a variable displacement compressor. The control valve has a valve body for regulating a gas passage. A bellows actuates the valve body in accordance with an operating pressure introduced to a pressure sensing chamber. A solenoid biases the valve body with a force based on the electric current supplied to the solenoid. A cylindrical cap is fitted to a cylindrical portion provided on a housing of the control valve. The bellows is located in the pressure sensing chamber. The axial position of the cap in relation to the cylindrical portion is adjusted such that the bellows is positioned at a specific initial position when a pressure having a predetermined magnitude is introduced to the pressure sensing chamber and when a current having a predetermined value is supplied to the solenoid. The cap is secured to the cylindrical portion by crimping with the bellows positioned at the initial position.

The swash plate assembly is provided with a large central bore enclosed by an inner wall having a spherical wall region engageable with the single spherical outer face of the hinge-ball, and a pair of guide recesses for permitting the hinge-ball to be assembled by the guide of the guide recesses.

摘要： The housing of a swash plate type compressor includes a suction chamber and a discharge chamber. A plurality of cylinder bores are formed in a cylinder block connected to the housing. A plurality of pistons in corresponding cylinder bores are provided such that each piston reciprocates as a function of the rotation of a rotary shaft. A valve chamber communicates with at least one of the suction chamber and discharge chamber, and is provided between the housing and the cylinder block. The valve chamber is connected to the cylinder bores via respective passages. A rotary valve is accommodated rotatably in the valve chamber. A guide groove is provided in the outer surface of the rotary valve to permit communication between each cylinder bore and the associated passage in at least one of a suction stage and a compression stage of the coolant gas. A gas passage has one of its ends connected to the guide groove, and the other end connected to either the suction chamber or discharge chamber and is provided in the rotary valve. The rotary valve is coupled to the rotary shaft by a connecting member.

摘要： A swash-plate type compressor having a housing, a drive shaft rotatably supported by the housing, a swash-plate slantly secured on the drive shaft, and a plurality of pistons fitted in a cylinder bore formed in correspondence to each of the pistons parallelly to the drive shaft and provided with a pair of concave spherical surface formed therein. Each of the pistons is engaged with the swash-plate via a pair of shoes of substantially semi-spherical shape. The shoe has a convex spherical surface which is in sliding contact with the concave spherical surface of the piston and a flat-side surface which is in sliding contact with the swash-plate. The flat-side surface consists of a chamfered surface annularly formed on the outer portion thereof and a centrally left substantially flat surface with a diameter as large as about 60-90% of that of the whole flat-side surface. The substantially flat surface is formed into an extremely gentle convex surface with a height less than 15 .mu.m at the peak located in the center thereof. The whole surface of the shoe is covered by a solid lubricating film.
