    摘要: An inclined-axis axial piston machine includes a housing, a drive shaft and a cylinder barrel. The drive shaft is mounted in the housing so as to be rotatable with respect to a first axis of rotation and is integral with a flange. Each piston is coupled to the flange via a ball joint. A multiplicity of counting perforations are arranged in a periodically distributed and continuous manner over an outer circumferential surface of the flange. The housing accommodates a sensor arranged opposite the counting perforations such that rotation of the drive shaft causes a signal change at the sensor. Each counting perforation is formed integrally from the flange, in the form of a recess having a single continuous perimeter. A side wall of the recess, starting from the perimeter, extends uninterruptedly, without sharp bends or offsets, over the entire circumference of the perimeter.

    摘要: To improve a powertrain of an internal combustion engine with a piston (3) and connecting rod (1), in which the connecting rod (1) connects the piston (3) on one side on the connecting-rod head (2) and the corresponding crank pin of a crankshaft on the other side under formation of a connecting-rod eye (8) via two end bearing arrangements, such that the bearing of the piston (3) on the connecting-rod head (2) is improved under maintenance of all previous functions and especially a piston assembly/disassembly is made possible without expensive tools, the bearing arrangement for connecting the piston (3) to the connecting-rod head (2) is configured under formation of a positive fit as the ball bearing/universal ball joint (11, 13), such that on one side a universal ball joint part (11) is provided with a spherical outer surface (12) as the bearing surface, which is immersed in lubricating means, and on the other side, is enclosed by a correspondingly spherical pot-like end plate (13) as the support part for axial support, and the ball bearing/universal ball joint (11, 13) for maintaining the positive fit includes detachable rotational securing means (16a, b; 17a, b; 23a, b), which also allow in the released state an unlocking of the positive fit by turning the piston (3) about its axis.

    摘要: A master cylinder for use in a hydraulically actuated clutch or brake system of a motor vehicle, includes a casing formed with a bore, and a piston unit axially displaceable within the bore. The piston unit includes a piston-shaft sleeve received in the bore and having one end formed with a bottom to define an interior, at least two retainer shells received in the interior of the sleeve free of play, and a piston rod having a spherical head swingably mounted to the retainer shells and provided to respond to a manual actuation of a pedal. The retainer shells are each formed at a pedal-proximate end of the piston-shaft sleeve with a spherical recess to define a ball socket in which the spherical head snaps in and is received in form-fitting manner.

    摘要: A variable capacity swash plate type compressor having a hinge unit having a support arm protruding from a back side of a rotor, and a guide pin having one end thereof fixed onto a rotatable swash plate. The support arm has guide holes or guide surfaces which are parallel with a plane passing through a central axis "O" of a drive shaft and the top dead center position of the swash plate, the holes extending in a direction in which the holes approach the drive shaft from the outer edge of the rotor. Sections taken so as to be perpendicular to the center lines of the holes (guide surfaces) can be circular. A spherical element interacting with the guide holes is arranged at the end of the guide pin away from the rotatable swash plate. Thus, the spherical element of the guide pin interacts with the guide holes so that the suction force, compressive reaction force and torque are sustained on a line.

    摘要: A slant plate type compressor having a lubricating mechanism for a piston assembly includes a housing having a cylinder block provided with a plurality of cylinders and a crank chamber adjacent the cylinder block. A piston slides within each cylinder and is reciprocated by a wobble plate driven by a cam rotor mounted on a drive shaft. Each piston is connected to the outer periphery of the wobble plate by a connecting rod. The piston has at least one piston ring disposed on its outer peripheral surface. The piston and connecting rod are connected by a ball-socket connection. During the compression stroke, the lubricating mechanism, which has a conduit formed in the piston, supplies lubricating oil from the piston chamber and the pressure reduced refrigerant gas to a gap created within the ball-socket connection.
