摘要: A spring wire with hardness of 50 to 56 HRC is subjected to first and second shot peening processes within a warm working temperature range of 150 to 350° C. In the first shot peening process, the first shot of a shot size of 1.0 mm or more is used. In the second shot peening process, the second shot smaller in shot size than the first shot is used. Through these shot peening processes, compressive residual stress is imparted to the spring wire. The spring wire includes a residual stress increase part, residual stress peak part, and residual stress decrease part. In the residual stress decrease part, a part including the compressive residual stress magnitude of which is equivalent to the magnitude of the compressive residual stress at the surface of the spring wire exists at a position at a depth exceeding the permissible pit depth.

摘要: Value-added information is generated by collecting information relating to apparatuses from a plurality of users, and service is automatically and adaptively provided in a manner that satisfies each user's own preference.Since a second electronic apparatus of a given user is controlled based on control information of a second electronic apparatus of another user to which first electronic apparatus information of the user is similar, electronic apparatus control service is performed in a manner adaptively matching preference of the user without complex signal processing such as user preference analysis. The electronic apparatus of the user is controlled based electronic apparatus information of the similar user with whom the user shares activity information such as transfer and purchases of apparatuses in common, electronic apparatus control service is performed in a manner adaptively matching preference of the user without complex signal processing such as user preference analysis.

摘要: According to one aspect of the invention, when an algorithm bay is connected to a signal processing apparatus according to a first connection mode, a selector of the algorithm bay selects and sets a first function provided by a first function provider as the signal processing function of the signal processing apparatus. When the algorithm bay is connected to the signal processing apparatus according to a second connection mode, the selector of the algorithm bay selects and sets a second function provided by a second function provider as the signal processing function of the signal processing apparatus. According to another aspect of the invention, a first information provider of an algorithm bay supplies a signal indicating first information to be used in the signal processing of a signal processor of a signal processing apparatus to the signal processor via a wired interface of the algorithm bay, wired connection, and a wired interface of the signal processing apparatus. A second information provider of the algorithm bay supplies a signal indicating second information of changing the signal processing function of the signal processor to the signal processor via a wireless interface of the algorithm bay, wireless connection, and a wireless interface of the signal processing apparatus.
