摘要： Disclosed is a shape measurement device including: a light irradiation unit which irradiates linear light onto a work; an imaging element which images reflected light reflected by the work; and an image-forming lens which forms an image of the reflected light reflected by the work on an imaging plane of the imaging element, and a light irradiation plane of the light irradiation unit, a principal plane including a principal point of the image-forming lens, and the imaging plane of the imaging element satisfy a Scheimpflug principle. The shape measurement device further includes: an image obtaining region selection unit which divides the imaging plane of the imaging element into a plurality of regions, and selects, as an image obtaining region, a region for use in measurement from the plurality of regions in response to at least one of measurement accuracy and a size of a measurement range.

摘要： An optical displacement measuring apparatus includes a light source, a collimate lens, a mirror, and a truncated cone shaped prism, and includes an imaging lens and a pinhole optical device for extracting light parallel to an optical axis of incident light from light returned from an object through the truncated cone shaped prism, and an optical position detector. The truncated cone shaped prism has optical properties of converting only light returned to a truncated conical circumference surface at a fixed angle corresponding to an apex angle into light parallel to an optical axis of incident light. The parallel light is offset from an optical axis of incident light in accordance with a displacement of the object relative to the truncated cone shaped prism. The optical position detector detects an offset amount to measure the displacement of the object.

摘要： A tray on which a cassette is mounted can be reciprocated between a first projected position and a second set position in the horizontal direction by a carriage system. When the tray is positioned above a cassette drive section, it can be reciprocated up and down by a lifter system while holding the cassette therein. A cassette adapter can house therein a second cassette, smaller in size than the first-mentioned cassette, having a magnetic tape wound arround it, and the cassette adapter is attached to and detached from the ray. The cassette adapter is provided with an unloaded cassette detecting lever to detect whether or not the second cassette, having the magnetic tape, is inserted in the cassette adapter. A lever detecting device, which also serves as a component of the carriage system, detects that the unloaded cassette detecting lever is projected to prevent the tray from being moved from the first to the second position when the tray is on the way of being inserted into a cabinet. A control section is associated with the lever detecting lever which detects the unloaded cassette detecting lever to control the lifter system.
