    摘要： Previous two-component coatings with enamine components cured very slowly at low temperatures and led to yellowed products. A binder composition is prepared which cures rapidly at low temperatures and leads to non-yellowing products. It contains as CH-acid component a polymer with at least two enamine functions in the molecule, obtained byA) transesterification of a .beta.-keto-ester with hydroxyl-group-containing compounds or polymers which contain at least two hydroxyl groups in the molecule, with an OH value of at least 50 and a number-average molecular weight of 500 to 10,000, followed by reaction with ammonia or primary and/or secondary amines, andB) as .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated component a compound with at least two groups of the general formula R.sub.1 R.sub.2 C.dbd.CR.sub.3 --X; in which X signifies --CO-- which is bonded via the residue of a di- or polyhydric alcohol, a di- or polyamine or an aminoalcohol to a further R.sub.1 R.sub.2 C.dbd.CR.sub.3 --X group, where R.sub.1, R.sub.2 and R.sub.3 signify hydrogen or an alkyl group, components A) and B) are present in the ratio 2:1 to 1:1.5 relative to their equivalent weights, the composition exists as a two-component system, and component A) contains a Lewis or Bronsted base as catalyst.

    摘要： The invention concerns a binder suitable for clear or pigmented coating agents. Binders based on copolymers containing hydroxyl groups have hitherto a high solvent content. The solids content of the new binders is improved without affecting the viscosity; gloss, body, flow and processing properties of coatings containing the new binders are improved. The binders consist essentially of a copolymer containing hydroxyl groups, made from specific quantities of styrol, tertbutacrylate, isobutyl methacrylate, 2-ethylhexyl methacrylate, 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate, butanediol-1, 4-monoacrylate, acrylic acid and glycidyl esters of .alpha.-alkylalkane monocarboxylic acids and/or .alpha.,.alpha.-dialkylalkane monocarboxylic acids.

They are free from epoxy resins and nitrocellulose and contain as binder A) one or more (meth)acrylic copolymers, containing hydroxyl groups, from a1) 47-53 wt % of one or more aromatic vinyl compounds, a2) 28-33 wt % of one or more hydroxyalkyl methacrylates, a3) 14-19 wt % of one or more alkyl (meth)acrylates, and a4) 0.5-2 wt % acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid, with a hydroxyl number of 120-160 mg KOH/g, an acid number of 5 to 15 mg KOH/g, a weight-average molecular weight of 10,000 to 20,000 and a glass transition temperature of +40.degree. The new coating materials are intended to be bubble-free when dried at higher layer thicknesses.Aside from pigments and/or extenders, the coating material contains solvents and, if necessary, conventional paint auxiliaries in a vehicle mixture, comprising essentially 60-75% by weight of a hydroxy-functional copolymer, 1-5% by weight of an ester-soluble nitrocellulose and 25-35% by weight of difunctional or multifunctional polyisocyanate. It can be cured without forming bubbles even when applied in thick layers.Use as primer and filler.

    摘要： A pigment dispersion and its use for the preparation of coating compounds are described. The dispersion contains a pigment, solvent and pigment dispersing agent. The pigment dispersing agent is a copolymer containing OH groups, obtainable by the reaction of:(A) 80 to 95% by weight of a copolymer of:(a) 0.5 to 40% by weight of N,N-di-Cl to 4-alkylamino-C.sub.1 to .sub.8 -alkyl(meth)acrylamides and/or a mixture of N,N-di-C to 4-alkylamino-C.sub.1 to 8 -alkyl(meth)acrylates and N-substituted (meth)acrylamides and/or (meth)acrylamide in which the ratio of amino(meth)acrylates to amido(meth)acrylates should be in the range of from 1:2 to 2:1,(b) 10 to 40% by weight of hydroxy-C.sub.2-8 -alkyl (meth)acrylates and(c) 20 to 89.5% by weight of copolymerizable, .alpha., .beta.-olefinically unsaturated compounds with(B) 5 to 20% by weight of a polyisocyanate containing unmasked and optionally also masked isocyanate groups as well as biuret, urethane or isocyanurate groups.

    摘要： A solvent based coating composition containing a binding agent, the binding agent comprising: (a) 10 to 80 wt.% of at least one hydroxyfunctional polyester formed by reacting a mixture comprising: (i) 10 to 40 mol.% of a 2,2-dialkylalkanediol with two primary OH groups; (ii) 10 to 30 mol.% of a polyol with at least one secondary OH group; (iii) 20 to 50 mol.% of an aliphatic or cycloaliphatic dicarboxylic acid with fewer than 16 C atoms or anhydrides thereof; (iv) 5 to 30 mol.% of a compound selected from the group consisting of dimeric fatty acids, dimeric diols, epsilon-caprolactone, and mixtures thereof; (v) 1 to 15 mol.% of a hydroxycarboxylic acid with at least one hydroxy group and at least one carboxyl group; and (b) 10 to 80 wt.% of a (meth)acrylic copolymer containing a hydroxyl group; and (c) 10 to 60 wt.% of a crosslinking agent; wherein the sum of the wt.% of components (a)-(c) is 100% of the binding agent.
