摘要: A process for preparing 1,2-dichloroethane which comprises (A) feeding an ethane-containing feed gas stream into a dehydrogenation zone and dehydrogenating ethane to ethane to give a product gas stream comprising ethane, ethane and secondary constituents, (B) feeding the ethan- and ethene-containing dehydrogenation product gas stream as a single stream or a plurality of substreams, optionally after having separated off secondary constituents, into one or more chlorination zones, chlorinating ethene to 1,2-dichloroethane to give one or more product gas streams comprising 1,2-dichloroethane, ethane and possibly further secondary constituents, isolating 1,2-dichloroethane and one or more ethane-containing circulating gas streams and recirculating the ethane-containing circulating gas stream or streams to the ethane dehydrogenation.

摘要: C2–C30-alkanes are dehydrogenated in a process in which (i) ethylbenzene is dehydrogenated to styrene in a first part process to give a hydrogen-containing offgas stream, and (ii) one or more C2–C30-alkanes are dehydrogenated in the presence of a heterogeneous catalyst in one or more reaction zones in a second part process to give the corresponding olefins, with a hydrogen-containing gas stream being mixed into the reaction gas mixture of the dehydrogenation in at least one reaction zone, wherein at least part of the hydrogen-containing offgas stream obtained in the dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene is mixed into the reaction gas mixture of the alkane dehydrogenation.

摘要: The invention relates to a process for preparing 4-vinylcyclohexene, which comprises the steps (A) providing an n-butane-containing feed gas stream, (B) feeding the n-butane-containing feed gas stream into at least one dehydrogenation zone and dehydrogenating n-butane to butadiene to give a product stream comprising butadiene, n-butane, possibly 1-butene and 2-butene and possibly water vapor and other secondary constituents, (C) feeding the product stream from dehydrogenation, if appropriate after separating off water vapor and secondary constituents, into a dimerization zone and catalytically dimerizing butadiene to give a product stream comprising 4-vinylcyclohexene, n-butane and possibly 1-butene, 2-butene and unreacted butadiene, and (D) separating off 4-vinylcyclohexene from the product stream from the dimerization and recirculating n-butane and possibly 1-butene, 2-butene and unreacted butadiene to the dehydrogenation zone.

摘要: Process for preparing chlorine from hydrochloric acid, which comprises the steps: a) providing a hydrochloric acid feed stream I; b) providing a hydrochloric acid recycle stream II; c) separating off a hydrogen chloride stream IV from the hydrochloric acid feed stream I and the hydrochloric acid recycle stream II in a distillation step; d) feeding the hydrogen chloride stream IV, an oxygen-containing steam V and, if desired, an oxygen-containing recycle stream Va into an oxidation zone and oxidizing hydrogen chloride to chlorine in the presence of a catalyst to give a product gas stream VI comprising chlorine, unreacted oxygen, unreacted hydrogen chloride and water vapor; e) separating off hydrogen chloride and water from the product gas stream VI in an absorption step to give a gas stream VII and the hydrochloric acid recycle stream II; f) if desired, drying the gas stream VII; g) separating off an oxygen-containing stream from the gas stream VII and, if desired, recirculating at least part of this as oxygen-containing recycle stream Va to the oxidation zone, leaving a chlorine-containing product stream VIII; h) if desired, further purifying the chlorine-containing product stream VIII.
