摘要: Reinforcement body for a cast concrete floor slab provided with stiffening ribs, having a foundation reinforcement (1), a distribution reinforcement (2) and at least one displacement body (8) e.g. of polystyrene foam, arranged between these reinforcements which delimits cavities to accept the stiffening ribs. The displacement body is rigidly fixed between the reinforcements by means of spacer wires (7) connecting the foundation reinforcement to the distribution reinforcement (2) at a selectable distance, e.g. by passing through the displacement body, so that the foundation reinforcement, the distribution reinforcement and the displacement body form a dimensionally stable unit. Additional reinforcement elements (10, 11, 15), can be placed in the rib cavities (9). The cavities are either formed in a one-part displacement body or formed between several displacement bodies and having predetermined directional course in the reinforcement body and predetermined width, in accordance with the static requirements of the floor slab including the stiffening ribs.

摘要: A unit for bonding two structural reinforced concrete components comprises a mounting strip having a pair of oppositely directed main faces and a plurality of connector rods held firmly on the mounting strip. Portions of the connector rods project at intervals along one side of the mounting strip and the connector rods have arms bent to a knee shape, the arms being positioned within the mounting strip. One of the main faces of the strip on the side away from the projecting portions of the connector rods defines at least two grooves parallel with one another and extending in the longitudinal direction of the mounting strip. The grooves have a width substantially equal to the diameter of the connector rods and a depth at least equal to the diameter. The mounting strip further includes holes at intervals along its length, the holes extending from the bottoms of respective ones of the grooves towards the opposite main face of the mounting strip. The connector rods are disposed individually through the holes, and the arms of the connector rods are arranged and held firmly within the grooves.

摘要: A bending mechanism for wire or strip material is provided, which is intended in particular for bending back towards the edge longitudinal wires the projecting end portions of crosswires of reinforcement grids for reinforced concrete construction. The mechanism comprises a substantially circular-sectioned cylindrical bending form, and a bending-tool eccentrically mounted on a rotatable tool carrier which can be rotated in either direction about the axis of the bending-form. The bending-form is shiftable along said axis between a working position, in which the end faces of said tool carrier and said bending-form are substantially touching, and a rest position in which said two end faces define between them a gap for the passage of a wire which is to be bent, in particular a crosswire of a reinforcement grid.

摘要: A grid mat consists of longitudinal (L) and transverse (Q) wires welded to one another, in which at least some transverse wires project beyond the longitudinal edge wires and are bent back to these in the form of loops (S).For the purpose of space-saving stacking of the grid mats in the same way and with the same devices as used for grid mats with perfectly straight longitudinal and transverse wires, at each mat edge at least the curved parts of the loops (S) formed by the ends of the transverse wires are angled or curved out of the plane of the transverse wires (Q) so far in the direction of the plane of the longitudinal wires (L) that the arches of the loops lie between these two planes.

摘要: Grid bodies which consist of two parallel plane grid mats of longitudinal and transverse wires crossing one another and welded together at the points of cross, and of spacer wires, which hold the mats spaced apart and which are welded at each end to one wire of one of the two grid mats, are produced in a continuous method and in such a way that if necessary an insulating core may be introduced into the grid body during its production. For this purpose two widths (3,4) of grid matting are drawn off in steps from stock coils (1,2), straightened and arranged at a distance apart. Simultaneously a number of wires (22,23) are drawn off in steps from stock coils (20,21), straightened and introduced through one (3) of the widths (3,4) of grid matting from the side into the gap between the widths of grid matting, welded to one wire in each width of grid and separated from the wire stock.

摘要: The disclosure relates to the production by means of an electrical resistance welding method, of grids formed from metal wires crossing over another. The grid wires are carried through between rows of cooperating electrodes and, under pressure, are welded together at the cross points of the wires by an electric current. Each cross point of the wires and the surfaces of the associated electrodes of the grid welding machine, which lie in the welding region, are subjected to the action of a liquid coolant to increase the life of the electrodes and reduce distortion of the grid due to the localized heating of the wires.
