The invention is able to provide an adhesive sheet with excellent gas barrier properties, resistance to folding and transparency and also an electronic device provided with the subject adhesive sheet as an electronic device member.

Specifically disclosed is an adhesive composition for slide rail which includes a hot-melt adhesive and a ferromagnetic substance, wherein the composition shows a density at 20° C. of 1.4-4.5 g/cm3 and has such magnetic properties that the magnetic flux density of an adhesive sheet, that is obtained by molding the composition, at a position 1 cm apart from the surface of the adhesive sheet is 10 mT or more.
