    摘要: A pressure-sensitive adhesive material comprises a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer comprising 100 parts by weight of natural rubber and 10 to 120 parts by weight of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SIS) having a radiate configuration with a styrene content of 10 to 45% by weight. Preferably, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is free of metals or metal compounds. The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may contain 5 to 150 parts by weight of a tackifier having an acid value of 1.5 or more. The pressure-sensitive adhesive material includes (A) a backing-less tape having a release liner having on one surface thereof the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and (B) a double-coated tape having a backing having respective pressure-sensitive adhesive layers on surfaces thereof, at least one of which is constituted by the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the above-described type.

    摘要: Provided herein is a method for producing a double-sided adhesive tape, which causes neither generation of wrinkles nor cutting of a nonwoven fabric base material even when a pressure-sensitive adhesive is applied to the nonwoven fabric base material at a higher speed than in the case of the prior art, and also has improved productivity. Disclosed is a double-sided adhesive tape including a nonwoven fabric base material containing substantially no binder component and having a tensile strength in a longitudinal direction of from 4.1 to 10.0 N/10 mm; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on both surfaces of the nonwoven fabric base material; wherein the double-sided adhesive tape has an initial tensile strength in the longitudinal direction of 17.0 N/10 mm or more.

    摘要: There are provided a deproteinized natural rubber latex which comprises a purified product of proteolytically treated natural rubber latex and contains fine particles of natural rubber latex, a deproteinized natural rubber which comprises a dehydrated product of the deproteinized natural rubber latex, and a process for the production of deproteinized natural rubber latex which comprises subjecting a latex solution prepared by (1) adding water and/or a surfactant to a natural rubber latex and then proteolytically treating the resulting latex solution or (2) proteolytically treating a natural rubber latex and then adding water and/or a surfactant to the treated natural rubber latex, to purification using a rotary plate membrane separation apparatus. The deproteinized natural rubber latex contains substantially no protein, is excellent in film-forming property, and provides a raw rubber film having excellent green strength, and the process can produce the deproteinized natural rubber latex in a high yield with high production efficiency.

    摘要: A hydraulic control system for an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle, which is provided with a bleed valve in a fluid chamber of a particular shift valve for restricting pressure increase when line pressure is admitted thereinto for a jumping shift to a lower gear position by bleeding part of the admitted line pressure to limit the displacement of a spool of the shift valve and to hold same in an intermediate position until solenoid pressure turns from high to low level, causing the shift valve to retain temporarily an intermediate gear position to lessen the deceleration shock which would otherwise be imposed on the vehicle body.

    摘要: An electronic control system is provided which controls the locking and unlocking of a variable speed automatic transmission. A hydraulic control circuit comprising a plurality of hydraulic pressure controlling valves, a plurality of flow path switching means and a plurality of solenoid valves is provided to control the engagement of the clutches and brakes of the automatic transmission. The electronic control system detects a slope, modifies a portion of standard data in a manner corresponding to the detected slope to produce shift reference data which is then written into a read-write memory, compares the actual speed stage, throttle opening and vehicle speed against the shift reference data to determine the speed stage to which the transmission is to be shifted and controls the energization of the solenoid valves to change or shift the speed stage. Additionally, the electronic control system reads the minimum vehicle speed required to establish lockup and the maximum vehicle speed for unlocking which correspond to the actual speed stage and the throttle opening from lockup controlling reference data, compares them against the actual vehicle speed to determine the necessity of lockup or unlocking and controls the energization of the solenoid valves in accordance with the determination to establish a lockup or an unlocked condition.
