摘要： The variable capacity swash plate compressor of the present invention includes a rotary swash plate having an eccentric mass located opposite to the driving point of the swash plate with respect to the axis of the same. The mass distribution in the rotary swash plate is established such that, within a range in which the piston stroke is less than a predetermined value, a moment about a pivot point produced by the rotation of the swash plate becomes larger than a moment produced by the reciprocating motion of pistons, piston rods and the like and acting upon the swash plate, while, within a range in which the stroke is larger than the predetermined value, the former moment becomes smaller than the latter moment. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a compressor of the type in which its capacity control characteristics are improved over a wide shaft speed range.

摘要： A variable displacement compressor comprises a housing forming a crank chamber, a shaft, expansible chambers including pistons, a swash plate connected to the shaft so as to be smoothly changeable in inclination against the shaft and driven to rotate, a wobble plate rotatable on the swash plate, a rotation preventing mechanism including a shoe member slidable in an axial direction, and a pressure control valve which is provided in a refrigerant passage from a suction port of the compressor to the expansible chamber to control the pressure of refrigerant to be sucked responsive to the suction pressure and both to the suction pressure and to the discharge pressure when the discharge pressure is high. The refrigerant passage has a sharply bent portion for separating lubrication oil from a refrigerant flowing therein and communicates with the crank chamber to discharge blow-by gas therefrom.

摘要： The compressor is characterized by a high pressure port provided in a rear plate at a position that the bottom portion of a vane groove of a vane which reaches a delivery port contacts the high pressure port, and low pressure ports provided, independently of the high pressure port, in the front and rear plates at positions so that the low pressure ports communicate with the high pressure port through the bottom portion of the vane groove of the vane between the low and high pressure ports only when the center of said vane groove is disposed between the high and low pressure ports so that the high pressure is fed intermittently to the low pressure port. In a region of rotation of the rotor where vane-tip pressing force is small, a high pressure from the high pressure port is applied to vane grooves as vane back pressure, and in the other region a relatively low pressure is applied thereto from the low pressure ports.

摘要： A slide vane type compressor comprises a cam ring formed with at least one working chamber and a rotor arranged in the at least one working chamber with an outer peripheral surface of the rotor being disposed close to an inner wall surface of the cam ring at least at one axial sealing portion thereof, with the rotor being formed vane grooves for respectively accommodating a plurality of vanes. At least one suction port introduces gas into the at least one working chamber, with the suction port having a suction terminal point angle extending from the axial sealing portion to a terminal point of the suction port, as viewed in the direction of rotation of the rotor. The suction terminal point angle of the suction port is greater than a geometrical suction terminal point angle geometrically determined in dependence upon the number of working chambers and the number of the plurality of vanes so that the suction terminal point angle of the suction port is advanced as compared with the geometrical suction terminal point angle.

摘要： The present invention enables a scroll fluid machine to have a maximum design volume ratio without increasing an outside dimension of scrolls and allows the basic spiral curve of the scroll to be configured with simple curves. The basic spiral curve of a scroll wrap comprises a group of concentric semicircles, a group of circular arcs having a center different from that of the group of semicircles, and a group of straight lines or curves connecting the group of semicircles and the group of circular arcs together, and a diameter of the outer-most circumferential semicircle of a fixed scroll member is twice as large as radius of the outer-most circumferential circular arc of an orbiting scroll member. In addition, an outer diameter of an end plate of an orbiting scroll is equal to an outer diameter of the outer-most circumferential wrap of the scroll.

摘要： A variable-displacement compressor includes a wobble member for driving a pistons, and a rotation member for wobbling the wobbling member, a first support portion for supporting a wobbling member in such a manner that the angle of wobbling of the wobbling member is variable, and a second support portion for supporting said rotation member in such a manner that the angle of tilt of said rotation member relative to a main shaft is variable. With this construction, unbalanced inertia forces can be reduced greatly, thereby providing the variable-displacement compressor which produces less vibrations and noises.

摘要： A variable displacement swash plate type compressor is suitable for use as a refrigerant compressor for automobile air conditioner. The compressor includes pistons, an oscillating member for driving the piston, a rotating member for oscillating the oscillating member, a plate member for imparting a rotational force to the rotating member, and a main shaft connected to the plate member. A member, having a spherical or cylindrical surface portion and a flat surface portion, is provided between the rotating member and the plate member in such a manner that it is slidably in contact with both of the rotating member and the plate member. Also, movement of the oscillating member is defined by contact of the oscillating member with a stationary member. Consequently, it is possible to provide a variable displacement swash plate type compressor which assures reliable capacity control at a high-speed rotation and which vibrates and wears less. Furthermore, it is possible to prevent application of a thrust load to the drive shaft.
