A multi-function optical measurement device having an optical wavelength and power measurement function, a ferrule/fiber scoping function, and a ferrule/fiber cleaning function includes a path select unit separating an optical signal for transmission and an optical signal for scoping from a ferrule/fiber; a wavelength and power measurement unit measuring a wavelength and a power of the optical signal for transmission from the path select unit; and a ferrule/fiber scoping unit converting an optical signal for scoping from the path select unit into an electrical signal. It is possible to perform a wavelength and power measurement and a ferrule/fiber scoping by one connection. Since a ferrule/fiber cleaning may be additionally included in one measurement device, it is easy to handle and carry an optical measurement device. A time required to perform a work using an optical measurement device may be reduced.

The present inventive concept herein relates to multi-channel optical modules, and more particularly, to a multi-channel optical module capable of processing a plurality of signals having different optical wavelengths. The multi-channel optical module may include a stem including one or more cavities; at least one lead pin formed in one or more cavities; a plurality of optical devices formed in the one or more cavities; and a filter portion forming an optical path between the plurality of optical devices and an optical fiber by separating a plurality of optical signals according to a wavelength. According to the inventive concept, processing capacity of the optical module may be improved. Also, according to the inventive concept, electrical and optical cross talk of the optical module may be reduced.

Provided is an image extraction method of optical phase extraction system. The image extraction method may include checking whether a phase error due to an environmental disturbance of optical fiber occurs by monitoring an output signal obtained by interfering reflection optical signals reflected through two paths. When a phase error occurs, an error is compensated using a phase compensation control method of closed loop type through one of the two paths and an image is extracted by capturing an image of object in a state that the image of object is shifted by the set phase value when a phase error is compensated. According to the inventive concept, a phase error occurring in an optical fiber type interferometer due to an environmental disturbance is minimized or compensated. Also, since an interference image accurately shifted by the phase value set among arbitrary various phase values is obtained through a camera, reliability of three-dimensional phase information being extracted is guaranteed.
