摘要: A bipolar electrode for radio frequency ablation, the electrode including: a cylindrical body provided with first and second coupling grooves formed on an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body in a screw thread shape and spaced apart from each other at a predetermined interval; an active electrode body wound on the first coupling groove of the cylindrical body a plurality of times to be inserted thereinto, and connected to a first terminal of a radiofrequency generator; and a passive electrode body wound on the second coupling groove of the cylindrical body a plurality of times to be inserted thereinto, and connected to a second terminal of the radiofrequency generator. Thus, the electrode has effects of efficiently being moved to a vascular lesion such as varicose veins, and reducing a risk of thermal damage to surrounding tissue outside the lesion during treatment.

摘要: A prosthetic heart valve using a pericardium is disclosed where: three hetero-biological tissue slices, which are extracted in a quadrangular shape from a bovine pericardium or a porcine pericardium, are prepared; each hetero-biological tissue slice is folded so as to form an inner tissue slice inside and an outer tissue slice outside, the outer tissue slice being longer than the inner tissue slice; each of the inner tissue slice and outer tissue slice is coupled by sewing in a semicircular shape with a first coupling thread such that each inner tissue slice forms a pulmonic valve slice inside the first coupling thread and a fixing slice outside the first coupling thread such that each hetero-biological tissue slice is formed in a cylindrical shape by allowing each slice to be adjacent to each other. The disclosed prosthetic heart valve has increased durability and prevents reverse blood flow.

摘要: A stent with an improved anti-slip function. The stent includes: a cylindrical stent including a plurality of openings formed by weaving wires, and a plurality of peaks, the cylindrical stent being subjected to heat treatment, wherein the cylindrical stent has a PTFE-first artificial blood vessel layer being in entire contact with an inner surface thereof, and a plurality of PTFE-second artificial blood vessel layers being in partial contact with an outer surface thereof, and the first and second artificial blood vessel layers are heat-fused together to encompass the cylindrical stent, thereby forming a plurality of first sections having a plurality of openings obstructed and a plurality of seconds sections having the plurality of openings remaining unobstructed, wherein the first sections are inserted into a lesion while pressing against the lesion, thereby being caught in the lesion, and the second sections are caught in the lesion meshed with the openings.

摘要: The present invention relates to a stent that uses a shape memory alloy wire, the stent being an expansion device installed on a part of a body lumen, which is constricted, or which has been constricted, so as to widen the passage of the lumen in response to the lesion part. 摘要: An insertion device for a plastic stent includes an operation unit which is operated to move a movable wire forward or backward, a tip portion connected to an end of the movable wire, a tube connected to the operation unit, and a plurality of expanding members which are connected between a plurality of tip end portions of the tip portion in an alternate manner. The expanding member is made of soft or flexible material so that it is contracted in a longitudinal direction and expanded in a radial direction when the tip portion is moved backward. Because the expanding members are expanded in diameter when the movable wire is moved backward by the operation of the operation unit, an external surface of the expanding member comes into contact with an internal surface of the plastic stent and is securely held by the internal surface of the plastic stent.
