The method includes forming a cavity in a PCB that is in a PCB panel that includes a frame and stays, mounting an electronic component, heating the PCB panel, and cutting the stays. The PCB panel includes a frame body and a PCB coupled to the frame body via stays. The PCB includes a cavity. A first cavity stay is located near the cavity. Extended lines extend from the cavity, and the cavity stay extends at least between the extended lines. The PCB includes a cavity and a connection point from a cavity stay near the cavity.

摘要: An electronic apparatus that can secure a space in a bezel while controlling the thickness of a main body, in which a display is disposed, and the width of a bezel to a minimum is disclosed. The electronic apparatus includes a main body having a display and a bezel disposed around the display, a first board that controls an image displayed on the display, and an FPC that connects at least two terminal groups arranged along one side of the display and the first board. The first board is disposed at a position adjacent to the one side in the bezel, and the FPC has a first wiring section connected to at least two terminal groups and extends, grouping together wires at one place on the rear surface of the display, and a second wiring section that connects the wires grouped together by the first wiring section to the first board.

摘要: A cable connection method is provided. In a cable connection structure, a connection agent in which fine solder particle are densely scattered in a thermosetting resin-based adhesive is interposed between a connection portion of a flexible printed cable (FPC) cable in which a shield layer is formed on one surface side of a signal layer and a connection portion on a substrate side. Then, the connection portion of the FPC cable and the connection portion on the substrate side are solder connected by heating. A shield layer corresponding to the connection portion of the FPC cable and/or a region portion up to a position separated from the base end side of the connection portion of the FPC cable by a predetermined length is configured with a conductive mesh structure body. The other region of the shield layer contains a conductive flat plate structure.

摘要: An electronic component includes a first substrate including first connection terminals in an end region on a first surface; and a second substrate including second connection terminals on a first surface, the second connection terminals being disposed at a position corresponding to the first connection terminals. Each of the first connection terminals includes a base and an elastic contact piece extending from the base. The elastic contact piece is elastically deformable in a direction in which the tip end portion thereof approaches and departs with respect to the base. The first connection terminals are electrically connected to the second connection terminals while having the first surface of the first substrate being opposed to the first surface of the second substrate, and the second connection terminals being pressed onto the elastic contact pieces.
