摘要: A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention includes 55 to 70% by weight of a non-grafted copolymer (A) containing 65 to 83% by weight of a (meth)acrylic acid alkyl ester compound, 2 to 12% by weight of an N-substituted maleimide compound, 1 to 6% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound, and 7 to 17% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound; 20 to 42% by weight of an acrylate-based rubber-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (B) containing acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 50 to 200 nm; and 1 to 15% by weight of an acrylate-based rubber-aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound graft copolymer (C) containing acrylate-based rubber having an average particle diameter of 300 to 600 nm. Within this range, a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent weather resistance, heat resistance, scratch resistance, and colorability.

摘要: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition which includes: a first copolymer including an acrylic graft copolymer; a second copolymer including an alkyl-substituted styrene-based monomer unit, a vinyl cyanide-based monomer unit, and a (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit; and a third copolymer including an alkyl-unsubstituted styrene-based monomer unit, a vinyl cyanide-based monomer unit, and a (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit. According to the present invention, a thermoplastic resin composition and a thermoplastic resin molded article, which are excellent in heat resistance, colorability, and scratch resistance, can be provided.

摘要: Disclosed is a (meth)acrylate-based resin composition comprising a poly(alkyl(meth)acrylate-phenyl(meth)acrylate) copolymer comprising phenyl(meth)acrylate having excellent surface hardness and a high refractive index, as a base resin and a (conjugated diene (meth)acrylate) graft copolymer having excellent impact absorption efficiency, the (meth)acrylate-based resin composition providing excellent transparency by exhibiting excellent impact resistance even using a small amount of impact modifier. The (meth)acrylate-based resin composition having excellent impact resistance and transparency comprises 1 to 29 wt % of the (conjugated diene-(meth)acrylate) graft copolymer and 71 to 99 wt % of the poly(alkyl(meth)acrylate-phenyl(meth)acrylate) copolymer.

摘要: The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition, which includes a first copolymer formed by polymerizing a monomer mixture of a (meth)acrylate-based monomer, a vinyl cyan-based monomer and a maleimide-based monomer, and having a refractive index of 1.5170 or less and a glass transition temperature of 115.0° C. or more; and a second copolymer formed by graft-copolymerizing an aromatic vinyl-based monomer and a vinyl cyan-based monomer onto an acrylic rubber polymer, and the thermoplastic resin composition according to the present invention has improved heat resistance, colorability and scratch resistance.

摘要: The present invention relates to a composition for preparing a SAN copolymer, a SAN copolymer, a preparation method therefor, a heat-resistant ABS resin blend comprising the same, and heat-resistant ABS pellets. Specifically, the present invention provides a composition for preparing a SAN copolymer, the composition comprising a monomer mixture, and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as a chain extender, wherein the monomer mixture comprises 60 to 75 wt % of an α-methylstyrene monomer and 25 to 40 wt % of an acrylonitrile-based monomer based on the total weight of the monomer mixture; and the ethylene glycol dimethacrylate is contained in an amount of 0.001 to 0.15 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the monomer mixture.

摘要: The present invention provides a method of preparing an aromatic vinyl-unsaturated nitrile-based copolymer in which, when an aromatic vinyl-unsaturated nitrile-based copolymer in which a content of a structural unit derived from unsaturated nitrile monomers in the copolymer is in the range of 22 to 30 wt % is prepared, oligomer content and unreacted monomer content are decreased, resulting in excellent heat resistance, significantly improved surface quality, and particularly, reduced generation of residue on a product surface when used in a closed high temperature environment and reduced occurrence of mold deposits during injection molding, and an aromatic vinyl-unsaturated nitrile-based copolymer prepared using the method.

摘要: Provided is a method of preparing a graft copolymer, which includes: preparing a liquid maleimide-based monomer; preparing a reaction solution including a diene-based rubber polymer, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer; and adding the liquid maleimide-based monomer and the reaction solution to a reactor and carrying out polymerization. According to the preparation method of the present invention, the amount of the maleimide-based monomer involved in the polymerization can be increased, and the color characteristics, glass transition temperature, and softening temperature of the graft copolymer are improved.
