Abstract: Disclosed herein is a cylindrical battery module that is capable of effectively discharging heat generated from cylindrical battery cells to the outside and that is capable of stably supporting the battery cells. The cylindrical battery module includes an upper plate provided with a plurality of battery holders for receiving and fixing cylindrical battery cells, the battery holders protruding upward from the upper plate by a predetermined height, a lower plate located under the upper plate, the lower plate being provided with a plurality of battery holders for receiving and fixing cylindrical battery cells, the battery holders protruding downward from the lower plate by a predetermined height, and a middle plate and a cooling plate located between the upper plate and the lower plate.
