    摘要: A display device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a display panel, a back cover which supports the display panel on a rear surface of the display panel, a plurality of flexible films which is electrically connected to one end of the display panel and is disposed on one surface of the back cover, a printed circuit board which is electrically connected to the plurality of flexible films and disposed on the one surface of the back cover, and a roller to which the display panel and the back cover are wound or unwound, and the roller includes a flat portion and a first curved portion and a second curved portion having different radii of curvature. Accordingly, the damage of the plurality of flexible films and the printed circuit board may be reduced.

The flexible display including an oxide semiconductor thin film transistor on a plastic substrate includes a first buffer layer disposed on the plastic substrate, a second buffer layer disposed on the first buffer layer and formed of silicon oxide (SiOx), and an active layer disposed on the second buffer layer and formed of an oxide semiconductor. The first buffer layer includes a lower layer directly contacting the plastic substrate and formed of silicon nitride (SiNx) and an upper layer disposed on the lower layer and formed of silicon oxide (SiOx).
