Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a dispersant having the following structure of Chemical Formula 1, a light emitting film in which the dispersant is adsorbed on a surface of an inorganic luminescent particle, and a light emitting diode and a light emitting device in which the light emitting film is applied into an emitting material layer and/or a color conversion film. The dispersant enables the inorganic luminescent particle to have excellent dispersion property and optical properties, and thus the light emitting diode and the light emitting device can its luminous efficiency and luminous lifetime.
