An inorganic illuminant includes an inorganic luminescent particle configured to emit light, and a porous coating surrounding the inorganic luminescent particle. The inorganic composite luminescent material can further include scattering agents within at least a portion of the plurality of pores in the porous coating of the inorganic illuminants. The scattering agents are configured to scatter the light emitted from the inorganic luminescent particles.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an organic compound having a fused aromatic or hetero aromatic ring including a carbazole or fluorene moiety and a group having excellent charge mobility property, and a light emitting diode and a light emitting device having the organic compound. The organic compound can be applied into the light emitting diode by using solution process and has very deep HOMO energy level. When the organic compound is applied into a chare transfer layer, a HOMO energy level bandgap between the charge transfer layer and an emitting material layer is reduced so that holes and electrons can be injected into the emitting material layer in a balanced manner.

Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) including at least one emitting material layer (EML) disposed between two electrodes and including plural delayed fluorescent materials having at least one carbazolyl moiety and BODIPY-based fluorescent material and an organic light emitting device including the OLED are discussed. The delayed fluorescent material and the fluorescent material can be included in the same emitting material layer or adjacently disposed emitting material layers. The OLED can lower its driving voltage and improve its luminous efficiency utilizing the advantages of the delayed fluorescent materials and the fluorescent material by adjusting energy levels among the delayed fluorescent materials and the fluorescent material.
