    Abstract: A pixel of an organic light emitting display device includes a driving thin film transistor (TFT) on a substrate, a switching TFT on the substrate, and an organic light emitting diode (OLED) on the substrate. The driving TFT includes a first active layer including poly-Si, a first insulation layer on the first active layer, and a first source electrode and a first drain electrode contacting the first active layer. At least a portion of the first source electrode and at least a portion of the first drain electrode are disposed on different layers. The switching TFT is electrically connected to the driving TFT, and the switching TFT includes a second active layer including oxide semiconductor material. The OLED is electrically connected to the driving TFT.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a sensing device and a display device including the sensing device. The sensing device includes a transducer including first and second driving electrodes and a piezoelectric material layer; first and second transmission transistors for alternatively supplying first and second driving voltages to the first driving electrode; and first and second reception transistors electrically connected between a readout line and a power supply line to which a power supply voltage is supplied. During an interval in which at least one pixel is driven, the first and second driving voltages are DC voltages with a voltage level different from each other, and the first and second transmission transistors repeat turn-on and turn-off at a timing different from each other. Through this, it is possible to reduce unnecessary power consumption, and therefore, a large area fingerprint sensor can be more efficiently implemented.

    Abstract: The pixel circuit which controls the driving of the organic light emitting diode includes a driving TFT which supplies a driving current to the organic light emitting diode; a sampling TFT which samples a threshold voltage of the driving TFT; a first initializing TFT which supplies an initialization voltage to one electrode of the organic light emitting diode; and a storage capacitor which stores a voltage applied to the driving TFT, and at least one of the driving TFT, the sampling TFT, and the first initializing TFT includes a shielding electrode disposed between the substrate and the active layer. Therefore, even though the external light is irradiated onto a transparent substrate, a full white gray-level and a full black gray-level can be expressed so that the gray-level expressiveness may not be degraded.

    Abstract: A display device including a first substrate. The first substrate including an active region and a dummy region formed in an outer edge of the active region, the active region including a plurality of pixel regions and being configured to implement an actual image, the dummy region including a gate in panel (GIP) circuit, control signal lines, a ground, and common lines. The GIP circuit is overlapped by at least a part of the control signal lines, the ground, and the common lines with an insulating layer interposed therebetween. The display device further includes a thin film transistor (TFT) for a shift register is provided in each of a plurality of stages of the GIP circuit; and a source contact hole and a gate contact hole of each TFT for the shift registers, the source contact hole and the gate contact hole being formed along a corresponding control signal line.
