    Abstract: A thermoelectric element according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes a first substrate, a first insulating layer disposed on the first substrate, a second insulating layer disposed on the first insulating layer, a first electrode disposed on the second insulating layer, and a semiconductor structure disposed on the first electrode, wherein the first insulating layer includes an uneven portion, a partial region of the first electrode is buried in the second insulating layer, the second insulating layer includes a concave portion which is concave in a direction toward the first insulating layer from a side surface of the first electrode, and the concave portion vertically overlaps the uneven portion.

    Abstract: A thermoelectric module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first substrate; a thermoelectric element disposed on the first substrate; a second substrate disposed on the thermoelectric element and having a smaller area than the first substrate; a sealing part disposed on the first substrate and surrounding a side surface of the thermoelectric element; and a wire part connected to the thermoelectric element, drawn out through the sealing part, and supplying power to the thermoelectric element, wherein the sealing part has a through hole through which the wire part passes, and the through hole is disposed closer to the second substrate than the first substrate.

    Abstract: A light path control member according to an embodiment comprises: a first substrate; a first electrode disposed on the first substrate; a second substrate disposed on the first substrate; a second electrode disposed under the second substrate; a light conversion unit disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; an adhesive layer between the second electrode and the light conversion unit; and a buffer layer between the first electrode and the light conversion unit. The light conversion unit includes a plurality of partition wall portions, a plurality of accommodation portions, and a base portion. The accommodation portions have a light conversion material disposed therein, and include at least two sealing regions formed on at least one of the first substrate or the second substrate. The accommodation portions are arranged to extend in a second direction, and include movement portions connected to the accommodation portions and extending in a first direction different from the second direction. The movement portions are connected to the sealing regions and the accommodation portions. The sealing regions pass through the first substrate, the first electrode, and the buffer layer or through the second substrate, the second electrode, and the adhesive layer. The sealing regions overlap the movement portion.

    Abstract: An optical path control member according to an embodiment comprises: a first substrate on which a first direction and a second direction are defined; a first electrode arranged on the first substrate; a second substrate which is arranged on the first substrate and on which the first direction and the second direction are defined; a second electrode arranged under the second substrate; and a light conversion unit arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the light conversion unit comprises an alternately arranged plurality of partition parts and plurality of accommodation parts, a light conversion material is arranged in the accommodation part, the accommodation part comprises at least one first region and at least one second region, and the height of the light conversion material arranged in the first region is less than the height of the light conversion material arranged in the second region.
