    Abstract: A sensor module includes: a flexible printed circuit board; a temperature sensor disposed on the flexible printed circuit board to measure the temperature of a measurement object; a distance sensor disposed on the flexible circuit board adjacent to the temperature sensor to measure the distance to the measurement object; a terminal cover disposed above the temperature sensor and the distance sensor and including a first hole exposing a top surface of the temperature sensor and a second hole exposing a top surface of the distance sensor; and a window disposed in the second hole of the terminal cover.

    Abstract: A composite sensor package includes: a substrate; a first sensor and a second sensor, which are arranged on the substrate with a predetermined gap therebetween; a signal processing device disposed on the substrate and processing a signal transmitted through the first and second sensors; and a cover disposed on the substrate, and including a package accommodation space enclosing the first sensor, the second sensor and the signal processing device, wherein the first sensor senses a state of air introduced from an outside and transmits the introduced air to the package accommodation space, and the second sensor senses the state of the air, which passes through the first sensor so as to flow into the package accommodation space.

    Abstract: A rain sensor according to an embodiment comprises: a substrate; a sensing electrode formed on a first surface of the substrate; a reaction layer formed on the first surface of the substrate and burying an upper surface of the substrate and the sensing electrode; a driving unit electrically connected to the sensing electrode formed on the first surface of the substrate and processing a sensing signal transmitted through the sensing electrode; and a protective layer formed surrounding the driving unit, wherein an impedance value according to a change of at least one of a force and a dielectric constant caused by presence of rainfall is changed, and the sensing electrode transmits the sensing signal with respect to a variation amount of the impedance value of the reaction layer to the driving unit.
