摘要： A method of applying a multilayer coating film, in which two or more layers of coating film are applied to a flat plate, such as steel plate, by baking finish, which method is effective for preventing of foam generation; and a product with multilayer coating film obtained by the method. There is provided a method of applying a multilayer coating film, including discharging paint films through multiple slits, simultaneously applying these films to a traveling plate to thereby form a multilayer paint film and carrying out drying or baking thereof, characterized in that with respect to the boiling points of solvents contained in adjacent layers of the multilayer paint film, there is such a relationship that the boiling point of solvent contained in the layer close to the plate is equivalent to or lower than the boiling point of solvent contained in the layer remote from the plate, and that the boiling point of solvent contained in the layer closest to the plate is lower than the boiling point of solvent contained in the layer remotest from the plate.

摘要： The invention provides a method of applying a mutilayer coating film, in which two or more layers of coating are applied to a flat plate, such as steel plate; and a product with multilayer coating film obtained by the method. 摘要： This invention provides a precoated metal plate that is improved in color shading prevention and adhesion and is produced by simultaneous multilayer coating. In the precoated metal plate, the center line average roughness Ra in the coating film interface is not less than 0.3 μm, and the maximum height from the waviness center line in the interface is not more than 50% of the layer thickness. There are also provided a top clear coated metal plate, which comprises a clear layer as an upper layer, has an interfacial center line average roughness Ra of 0.3 to 0.7 μm and has excellent weathering resistance, a precoated metal plate having excellent processability and corrosion resistance, which contains not less than 30% by mass on average of a rust preventive pigment so that the average rust preventive content of the upper layer is lower than that in the average rust preventive pigment of the lower layer, the concentration gradient is lowered so that the position from around the interface of the upper layer and the lower layer is increased, and the roughness Ra in the interface of the lower layer and the upper layer is 0.3 to 0.7 μm, and a process for producing the same.

摘要： A precoated metal sheet produced by simultaneous multilayer coating, and a process for producing the same, is provided with improved color shading prevention and adhesion. In the precoated metal plate, the centerline average roughness Ra in the coating film interface is not less than 0.3 μm, and the maximum height from the waviness center line in the interface is not more than 50% of the layer thickness. Also provided is (i) a top clear coated metal plate, which comprises a clear layer as an upper layer, has an interfacial centerline average roughness Ra of 0.3 to 0.7 μm and has excellent weathering resistance; and (ii) a precoated metal plate having excellent processability and corrosion resistance, which contains not less than 30% by mass of a rust preventive pigment.

摘要： The invention relates to precoated sheets, including precoated metal sheets, each having an appearance of orange peel, and good workability and scratch resistance. The precoated sheet of the invention has a filtered center line waviness curve (Wca) of the outermost surface of coated film of 0.35 μm≦Wca≦1.25 μm, and a mean spacing of local peaks of filtered center line waviness curve (Wc−sm) of 2800 μm≦Wc−sm≦12500 μm, and has a wavy structure at the interface between the outermost coated film layer and the lower coated film layer. Preferably, the precoated sheet is designed to satisfy the conditions that a wavy curve W revealed when observing the interface between the outermost coated film layer and the lower coated film layer in the section of the film thickness direction (1) comprises a big wave defined as a wave having a region in which A≦0.8B, wherein A is a distance between the outermost surface S of the coated film and the wavy curve W at the interface, and B is an average film thickness of the outermost coated film layer, and (2) has an average distance between the big waves of not greater than 750 μm.

摘要： A coated steel material excellent in corrosion resistance and a method of producing the same, wherein a coated steel material has on the surface of the steel sheet a Zn-alloy coating layer containing 1-10 wt % of Mg, 2-19 wt % of Al and 0.01-2 wt % of Si, where Mg and Al satisfy Mg (%)+Al (%)≦20%, the balance being Zn and unavoidable impurities, and has a coating layer structure of a Mg intermetallic compound or the like. As a base metal treatment, it is preferably provided with a Ni coating layer. The coated Zn-alloy coated steel sheet may have provided on the coating layer, as an intermediate layer, a chromate film layer, and, as an upper layer, an organic coating layer. The Zn-alloy coating layer may further contain one or more of 0.01-1 wt % of In, 0.01-1 wt % of Bi and 1-10 wt % of Sn. The coated steel material may be painted.

摘要： A high nitrile content based resin produced by graft polymerizing in the presence of a rubber, a first group of monomers in a first polymerization step, then a second group of monomers in a second polymerization step, wherein the resin comprises (A) 5 to 25 parts by weight of said rubber; (B) 5 to 40 parts by weight of the product of said first polymerization step comprising 30 to 60 weight percent unsaturated nitrile and 70 to 40 weight percent vinyl compound having aromatic vinyl compound as an essential element; and (C) 35 to 90 parts by weight of the product of said second polymerization step comprising 60 to 85 weight percent unsaturated nitrile and 40 to 15 weight percent vinyl compound having aromatic vinyl compound an alkyl methacrylate and/or alkyl acrylate; wherein the resin has higher impact resistance, excellent processibility together with the properties of excellent gas barrier and chemical resistance.

摘要： A device for producing a coated steel sheet includes: a blowing-off unit which sprays a gas onto and remove an excessive coating that accumulates along a side edge of a steel sheet that threads along one direction; and a coating-collection unit which collects the excessive coating removed by the blowing-off unit. The blowing-off unit includes a spray nozzle and a gas supply member. The coating-collection unit includes a duct and a coating container. In a case where the duct is seen in a plan view, an outlet thereof is disposed to fit in and overlap an inside of an opening of the coating container, and in a case where the duct is seen in a side view, a gap is provided between the outlet and the opening of the coating container.
