摘要: The present invention relates to a charge transfer device for multiplexing signals and eliminates an output circuit and level adjusting circuit necessary for multiplexing signals in the prior art. There are provided at least two first and second transfer channels (34) and (35) for transferring signal charges and a third transfer channel (36) for alternately multiplexing the signal charges which are transferred within the transfer channels (34) and (35). To the first and second transfer channels (34) and (35) is supplied the same transfer clock signal and to the third transfer channel is supplied a second transfer clock signal with a frequency of which is n times the transfer channels before the signals are multiplexed. a multiphase clock with different phases of the clock being applied to spatially corresponding electrodes is used in the invention. The present invention can be used as a signal multiplexing charge transfer device for a color solid state image sensor which uses an image sensing element such as CCD.

摘要: While a drain power source of a reset transistor and a drain power source of an amplifying transistor are separated, the load of drain power source can be reduced by sharing a drain diffusion layer of the reset transistor and a drain diffusion layer of the amplifying transistor and a pixel amp transistor by adjacent cells in sharing pixel units. Further, it is possible to perform layout setting for the floating diffusions such that parasitic capacitances between the floating diffusions are equal to each other. It is possible to prevent step-like noise from occurring among the pixels while improving sensitivity.

摘要: According to one embodiment, a commodity processing supporting system includes a commodity-data acquiring section and a display-data generating section. The commodity-data acquiring section acquires, on the basis of information received from a portable information terminal, data of commodities registered in a storing section. The display-data generating section displays, on a display screen of the portable information terminal, information corresponding to the data acquired by the commodity-data acquiring section while distinguishing the commodities into commodities to be taken back home and commodities not to be taken back home.

摘要: Heat-shrinkable polyester films, each having a heat shrinkability of 40% or higher in the main shrinkage direction of the film after treatment in hot water at 80° C. for 10 seconds, the change of heat shrinkability in the main shrinkage direction of the film after treatment in hot water at 55-75° C. for 10 seconds before and after the film is left under an atmosphere at 40° C. for 160 hours being 15% or lower, exhibit beautiful shrinkage finish in appearance involving only rare occurrence of shrinkage spots, wrinkles, strains, folding and other defects during shrinkage in the step of shrinking with hot air, and in particular, exhibit a quite small lowering in shrinkage finish after a lapse of time for storage and have low spontaneous shrinkability; therefore, these films are suitably used for applications such as labels and cap seals.
